After the continuous attacks General William's forces inflict heavy casualties on the Zetans. After 2 years of combat the humans are worn down. The Zetans however are not as worn down. Mars us on the verge of falling. City's that were once teaming with life now have only bodies. The battle happening above us was desperate from the start. Somehow it held back. Now there is nothing but reckage from our ships. Now we are a thin line around the capital. Most of the troops are fighting because they can't escape. Some even think Earth has forgot about us.
General Ethan you are going topside said the officer. General Ethan step onto the landing ship. The two Genrals met, after 7 months they talk about a new plan. Pull back half the troops attack with the rest. They started pulling them back.
