Dads Part

I can't believe my daughter will be leaving me, I can't let her ,she's my princess, How will I be able to cope.

"Dad are you okay?" I heard a small soft voice beside me. "of course dear why won't I be, im with you" she gave me an uncertain look but turned around and fell asleep. "hello Mr Jones, I am Luke and its a pleasure to meet you sir". Pay few moments later a handsome young man who looked very familiar walked in and greeted me . "Hello Mr jones, I'm Luke you might know my dad Mr Benward. Now I recall he is LUKE BENWARD. "very nice to meet you luke, but may I ask what you are doing here". well this is how he replied "sir I have come to ask for you permission to spend the day with your daughter, alone sir if thats alright". "it fine by me boy but the only thing I ask of you is that you keep my precious pearl safe". "of course sir". "well then I leave you to it but I will pop in and out to see if you guys would need anything". "that is fine by me sir". He gave me a gentle smile and I let them be. I guess I will give them some space and I hope my daughter would have a very good day today.

I went to the cafe next to the hospital and thought it might be a nice way to ease off the thought the daughter will leave me soon. I was thinking for a while when suddenly I thought of an idea about writing the struggles of parents like me who have a child that is going through cancer and knowing that it's not long until they will leave us and will return to god.
