Chapter 2

Lauren Pov

Wow and why did she run is all I can think while standing there. Mani walks up and taps me on shoulder and I turn and face her.

-"Lo she just saved your face, why do you look so pale?" Mani asked.

-"Mani I don't know, one minute her eyes were gold and blue, next they are pitch black." I say. Mani just looks at Camz confused and I feel crazy saying it out loud.

Mani, Camz and I get our stuff and start walking home. I don't talk much on the walk, all I can think about is her eyes...

Your Pov

Gosh her eyes, I'll never forget those eyes. They were like a galaxies in there. I get snapped out of my thought when my Beta Dinah called my name.

-" Yo Dawg was that your mate you just saved?" She asked

-"Yeah, I felt the whole experience. When we get home let's see if my fur has changed color." I say. When a alpha meets their mate their fur changes color and their eyes go from black to a new color when in wolf form.

We all rush to get home. Once we where home we all rush to the backyard and shift into our wolves form. Poor Ariana struggles since she just phased for the first time last week.

Once I shift I can hear everyone's go "wow" in their thoughts. I look down at my once all white fur and see a new black fur.

I then ask in our pack communication "what color are my eyes?"

-"Golden." They all say. A small smile creeps on my face, but it is then destroyed when Ally speaks

-"I see you found your mate (Y/n). You know you must keep your distance from her till you have control over your instinct. The last thing we need is you exposing yourself and the pack before we know if she can keep this a secret."

Shift back into my human for and run into my bedroom. I hear Dinah ask if I was okay and I scream in the link "Just leave me alone." And I heard them all whine.

I put my headphones and close my eyes and try to control my anger so I don't lose control. What help calms me down is picturing her eyes.

I wake up later from Louis shaking me. "Hurry and get up our neighbors are coming over." He say.

I groan and go shower to get ready for this interesting event.
