Chapter 13

Your Pov

-"Mom, Dad. What are you doing here" I say with a confused look on my face.

-"We are here to see you, we figured out who is after us, but not why. Anyways we are here to protect our kids" My mom says. She pulls me in for a hug and after we all realize our parents are here we rush to hug them...till I hear a whimper.

-"Where are my parents?" Ari ask. All the parents look down and bring the fallen warrior medallion to her. The pack starts freaking out and I can hear Aris thoughts. God she is already so broken.

-"They were on their turn of night watch, when the family The Vamps attacked. They told us to flee or we all would have be killed running from them. They held them off till the family gave up. We heard their howl to let us know to come back. T-they had to many injuries. I'm so sorry honey. My mom explains. Ari backs away from everyone and runs to her room. Before people run after her I stop them, I inform them that she wants to be alone. We also tell Demi's parents about what happened and the rushed to the Medical room with Ally and Louis.

Later...

We were all in the living room talking when my mom asked "So, honey when can we meet your mate officially." I get up and grab Lauren's hand and bring her to my parents. She is so nervous.

-"Oh, dear don't be so nervous, I can sense it from here" My mom says. Both my parents introduce themselves and get to know her. Suddenly Dinah dad calls Dinah, my dad, and I outside, leaving Lauren with my mom.

-"Now, tell us about this Vamps family, I can sense you guys haven't told us something. Your heart rates picked up when we mentioned them" Dinah dad says. We proceed to tell them everything knowing how much trouble we are going to be in.

-"Why didn't you ever tells about that night. As an alpha (Y/n), you knew better. You have now put all these people in danger and it's your job to protect them" my dad yells at me. I hang my head low and whimper quietly. I have failed him.

-"It isn't her fault" Dinah speaks up. "It was my choice to go after him, (Y/n) was protecting me. I would have been dead already if it wasn't for her and Demi. She is a good alpha sir, she has done everything to protect us. Please, if you are to blame anyone let it be me" she says with tears. I hug her and thank her, but it is my responsibility still.

-"I appreciate the truth, but as a alpha in training she knew better. I'm not mad, just disappointed in you both. As a beta and alpha you both knew better. There isn't anything we can do to change the past, don't make that kind of mistake again" my dad says. Him, Dinahs dad, and Dinah walk back inside.

Lauren's Pov

After nearly having a heart attack meeting (Y/n) parents, I was suddenly left with her mom as her dad, Dinah dad, Dinah, and her walk outside. The conversation looked bad and (Y/n) had her head down the whole time. I was about to get before (Y/m/n) stopped me.

-"Lauren wait! Let them finish, as an alpha she has to have this talk. I can hear her my husband thoughts and she needs this lesson." She says. I nod my head and sit down.

-"Look, Lauren I can tell you are something special and you love her" she says. Love, I never thought about it. Everything with her feels so natural, I never questioned my feelings, I haven't been able to control myself around her. I smile and realize I love her.

-"Treat her well, she will need a strong Luna by her side, you are stronger than her and she will need you. You are more than what you think you are, you will see" (Y/m/n) says and gets up and walks away before I respond.

I look up and see everyone came back inside but (Y/n). I walk out after her and she is standing there breathing heavily. I tap her shoulder and she jumps.

-"I knew better, I failed him and I am getting people killed. I'm not fit to be a leader. Demi should have been, I can't do this" she screams and flips a table.

I walk up to her and grab her face, I make her look me in the eyes and she starts to calm down. She puts her head on my shoulder and cries. I hold her, I know no words can take away this feeling. We end up sliding down to the floor and sitting there.

Later...

-"Walk with me. I want to show you something" (Y/n) says. She gets up and then helps me up. We start walking and she grabs my hand and intertwines our fingers as we walk into the woods.

-"Where does the medallion come from that Ari got?" I ask. It looked really unique and I was curious.

-"When a wolf or a wolf and it's mate sacrifices themselves for another, in death their souls become one with the earth and the land produces a medallion. If you happen to live after a true sacrifice, the Gods offer you a power for you bloodline to have forever. All of one our parents have sacrificed their life to save another...it's the reason we have our powers" she says.

I listen closely, their world...well our world now is beautiful. There is so much I need to learn become a good Luna.

-"How do I become a Luna?" I ask. She smiles and stops and looks at me. "I have to bite you" she says. We start walking again as she speaks.

-"When I bite my you, a tattoo will form, not one like Mani's. Alphas mate have a different tattoo, so others can know who's mate they are. No alpha tattoo is the same. No other wolf would risk killing you, it be instant death killing an alpha's mate. That is the reason of the tattoo, so they know who you are. After the bite, you will havethe ability to talk to me in our own private mind communication, gain some control over the pack, and if you were a wolf you'd gain some of my power" she says.

-"I want you to bite me, I know this is crazy and seems like some wild fan fiction story, but I want this life with you" I say. She has introduced me into a world I want to be apart of. She nods and we stop walking. I look up and and it's this spare room in the woods with a bed in the room.

-"I had Ally use magic and make this room for me , when I want to get away. The woods are my natural environment. Having the windows all around allows me to see the woods all around. I wanted to bring you here" she says. "It's beautiful " I say.

-"It lacks beauty compared to you" she says. I smile and lean in and kiss her softly. "Lauren, will you be my girlfriend, I know the whole mate thing isn't a official way to ask" she asks. "I'd love to" I say and kisses her. We start making out and it turns heated. She pushes me back on the bed and kisses me, she bites my lip and I moan. Then she stops.

-"We she should st-" I cut her off. "I want this, I trust you (Y/n)" I say. I pull her back in for a kiss and start to pull her shift off. I kiss down her neck and she growls. Her body heat is rising. She rips my shirt off and begins to kiss down my chest. She unclips my bra. She counties to kiss me and I can't control the moans.

-"(Y/n" I moan out. She kisses down my body and unbuttons my pants. She pulls them off and then takes off hers. She then lays on top of me and looks me in the eyes.

-"Are you sure love?" She says. I nod and kiss her. She kisses down my sides, and place kisses all over my hips and thighs. She is teasing me so I beg her to stop "make love to me (Y/n)" I say. She smiles, kisses my thigh and pulls of my underwear. She uses her tongue at first and I start to moan loud. I grip her hair and she moans. She then adds a finger and is fucking me at a steady pace. I grip the sheets and moan out her name.

After crying all night I get up and go for a walk. As I am walking, I feel like someone is following me. Before I can react I stop in my tracks. Something tells me to leave my pack and turn against them and I follow. I must kill them!

Brads Pov

She was so easily week minded, controlling her thoughts were easier than I thought. Now that I have one of the wolves under my control, she will help me Destroy them all after what they killed two of my brothers. I will destroy that little wolf and her mate.
