The next thing I knew I was blind. It was pitch black. I couldn't even see my hand in front of my face. I could hear someone else’s breath. A sweet scent filled my nose. It smelled like Jasmine. It was a soft flowery scent not over powering or too sweet.

"Zach? What's going on?" I said concerned. I heard an echo but it wasn't my voice. The voice sounded like it came from a girl.

"Hello?" I said to the girl.

"Hi." She said in a small voice. Her breathing was a little shaky like she was nervous.

"I'm Calub." I say attempting to break the silence. I was nervous too. I could feel my body shaking. What was Zach planing?

"I'm sapphire. You know like the birthstone." She said sounding a little more calm. I felt relief for some reason. "So how exactly did you meet Zach?"

"Well... We kind of met by a random chance..." I say laughing nervously. It wasn't a lie.

"The same thing with me" She says loosening up a bit.

"So tell me about yourself." I say interested trying to get to know her better.

"Well I have three siblings. Two brothers one sister. I love sports! Out of all the ones I've played soccer is my favorite. Umm I love being out side and hanging with my friends." She is a lot more relaxed. Her breathing had slowed down a bit

"It's kind of cute how you’re all nervous" I tease. "My names Calub I love reading, writing texting, hanging with friends my favorite books are from James Patterson and I wrote a couple stories." I say honestly.

"I love writing poetry." She says blushing.

"I mostly write short stories. Usually about Romance I imagine me meeting my first love." I admit a little embarrassed

"That's so sweet." She says in a cute voice.

"Yeah I hope I can find her one day." I put my head in the direction she is.

"I'm sure you will. As for me I haven't had any luck." Her tone changes she sounds sad.

"I have always had bad luck with girls. I never said how I felt." I touch her hand. "I'm not going to give up and I am going to speak my mind" My face turns red

"Can I tell you something?" She say a lot cheerier.

"Sure you can trust me." I smile my heart beating a little fast

"I-I-I I l-l-lo -lo" She stutters unable to get the words out "umm"

"I think I know what you are trying to say." I grab her and pull her close. "I feel the same way." I give her a deep kiss.

"Exactly what I was thinking." She says and kisses back. I feel the softness of her lips. I run my fingers through her long silky hair.

"It's about time." Zach said. Has he been here the entire time. I feel like my privacy was invaded. "I hope you love birds will last a long time." Zach said in a sing song voice. "Well your Doctor of love has work tomorrow so" Zach pulls me up and throws me over his shoulder. "We better get going." He walks off with me. "You can take off that blind fold now."

"Blindfold?" I repeated confused. I put my hands to my face. I felt it and imeaditly tore it off. "She's gone..." I said sad. I never even got to see her...
