"MOM!!" Riley screamed "Im so glad your okay!" Topanga stood up and ran to her. She started crying right away. Her phone was on the couch so Maya picked it up. [30 MISSED CALLS FROM MATTHEWS!!] she screamed in her head. "Oh Maya! You found my phone thanks!" Topanga said. "Oh, yea. No problem!" Maya tried to hide that she saw it. Topanga unlocked the phone, looked at it , and right away locked it again.
" What happened mom?" Riley said right away after. " Riles give your mom some time alone to comprehend what just happened." "Thanks Maya, good idea." Topanga went with Katy who was standing behind her. "Riles, I have to tell you something." Maya began. Riley immediately knew it wasn't going to be good. "BAY WINDOW! BAY WINDOW RIGHT NOW!" Maya yelled. [Maya never yells like that] Riley thought [it must be bad].
"Your moms phone has 30 missed calls from your dad." Maya began. "What? It's probably all his fault anyway." Riley was shocked. And not just shocked, I mean she was SHOCKED. "Maya, maybe we can't fix this." Riley gave up. She couldn't find anymore evidence. She was going to be taking care of Auggie her whole life.
"Thunder." Maya began. "Lightning." Riley finished. Maybe it wasn't time to give up hope. Because hope isnt for suckers.
