Maya never cried. Never got upset, angry but not upset. Not in her 15 years of knowing Riley and her parents would she even of guessed that the legends Cory and Topanga would ever fight. "Maya, sweetie, I'm home." She heard her mom from the other room. They had just moved into a 3 bedroom apartment because of Shawn living there now.
"Okay mom, I'm in my room." Maya yelled from her room. "Sweetie I just want to talk about what's happening with Riley's parents." Her mom started. Maya felt her self getting upset about such a silly topic. [No, don't cry. She'll think ur a 5 year old again] Maya thought.
"I just want to ask one question,Maya. Has Mr. Matthews been in school?" Maya felt relieved. "Oh yea no, Riley's been worried sick about that." [Crap. I messed up.] she thought.
Her mom walked out and Maya felt her self cry. She loved Riley's parents like they were her parents. Topanga more than Cory but, Cory's a walnut so that's natural. [i can't let Riley find out that I'm really upset] Maya thought. The next day she went in and found Riley,Auggie and Topanga on the couch. No Cory. She felt hot and all of a sudden everything went dark. Then she heard a loud "MAYA!!" Coming from Riley and Topanga in unison.
[what the heck just happened to me] Maya thought.
