Chapter 1: When I met the demon butler....

Veronique:

I walk on the streets of London. It was pretty quiet.. I love places like this, they are peaceful.. I walk carelessly on the street, I believe that there wouldn't be a person that bothers me. No, not at all! I was in a good mood today.. I don't know why..

Oooppsssies.. I bump into someone, he was taller than me but he was not so tall from me. I look at his face, he smirked. I sighed and quickly said:


"Eeeshh.. I am very sorry, sir.. I didn't see you there.. I was really enjoying the place today, so I didn't even care when I walk on the street.. Sorry!" I sigh and quickly pass through him, I didn't wait for his reply. But when I took a peek at where i was standing, he was in front of me again. How did he do that? Ughh.. This is going to take a while..

He smirk at me and said with a smile,"Oh, good morning! How are you today, Milady?" I was completely confused about his reply. I smiled confusingly and said,"Umm.. But~" he then cut me off and said,"I am Sebastian Michaelis, my lady.. May I know your name?"

"I am Veronique, Veronique Hellcresth. So sebastian, what do you need from me? I am a slight busy lady.."

"Slight busy lady? What do you mean about slight, Milady?"

"Ahh! I am a quite busy! A little busy, alright? (Sighs) Sorry about my tone.. I was a little bit harsh when I spoke.."

"Hmph.. I know that you're not actually busy, you're just lying so that you can go.. (Smirks) Aren't you a smart young lady?" He chuckled.

"Hmph! You read minds.. You have a really fake laugh, young man. Yes, I am smart so please get away from me!" I can feel that he wasn't a human.. Esshh... I will try to shake it off..

"Is something the matter?" I jump to reality when I heard his voice. I look at him suspiciously, he smiled at me.

He said," Uh-oh.. The young lady is attracted to me, how surprising.. I didn't think that you would be attracted to my face.. Women.. Always stare at me.. That means they are attracted to me.. (Chuckles)"

"Ahem.. Please, oh please.. You're joking me right? Why would you think that I like you? Hm? Do you have any evidences, and I mean hard and real evidences?"

"(Chuckles) You're a great lady aren't you? Hm? Miss Veronique, there is something special about you that I must know." He said with a grin.

"Tch.. You really can't find something special about me.. I am merely a typical young lady.. Merely and just merely a young normal lady.. I can't be something more than a human.. A demon? An angel? Ha! Not a chance!"

"Why would you think about that, Milady? Hmph.. There is something about you that I find stunning.." He said with a fake smile.

"Oh.. Umm.. Alright, alright.. I have to leave now.. My father might need me today, or me ridiculous brother will be home.. So, it's a pleasure to meet you, Sebastian."

"Is this a goodbye? (Chuckles) Then.. I'll plan for something.. So that the two of us shall meet again sometime.." He said with a smile, it had a bit emotion.. Happiness, I think.

"A-alright.. Bye, Sr. Sebastian! Hope that we'll see again sometime.." I whispered,"I wish never.."

He smiled at me and pass through me, he went in a store. I turn around and saw a kitten, two little kittens! Kawaii~.. Err.. N-no.. The first cat had white fur and the second one had black fur, they look so cute! Much much much! I want to keep them!!! The two cats went in front of me and purr, I held the two of them and hug them. Then, I put them down and give them food, the two of them ate it and purr at me again.

After 2 minutes, I cold hand held my shoulder, I quickly turn around to see who touched me, it was Sebastian! He carry the two kitten and hug them like I've done with the kittens.

Sebastian and I went to a bench, still holding the kittens. Sebastian held the black cat and I held the white one, we played with the kitten for a while. Then, we put them down and the two kittens played together.

Sebastian smiled while watching the two kittens play, I smiled too. After a minute, Sebastian sighed and smiled at me, and then he started to speak:

"It looks like you have fond with cats, don't you, Milady?" He said still with a smile plastered on his face.

"Yes, it is quite overt actually.. My love for cats are really strong, once I saw one, I always play, feed or hug them. They are really just so adorable!" I said slightly happy.

"(Chuckles).. Actually, I am fond with cats too! I love holding them, they are really adorable and furry.. But.. I can't keep one because my master is allergic with them."

"Oh, really? How sad.. My father lets me have one.. Only one.. He isn't a pet lover so much."

"Yes, really."

"So... Why do you have a master? Are you a servant or something?"

Sebastian chuckles at me and said,"Don't you see what I am wearing, my lady? A butler's uniform.. Yes, I have a master. His name is Ciel Phantomhive."

"Ohh.. I am sorry.. I forgot that you are wearing that.. Ahem.. So.. Is Ciel a kid? A young man? How old is he, Sebastian?"

"He's a twelve year old child.."

"A twelve year old? Umm.. Is guarding a 'child' that easy for you, Sebastian? I tried once but I didn't survive long because I hate people."

"You hate people? Why? Umm.. It is not that hard to take care of my master."

"Uhh.. I-i.. Am.. You know.. I am not that glad in my life.. People that are close to me, have always been far to me sometime. I hate my so called F-A-M-I-L-Y. I hate everyone!"

"(Smiles) Why do you hate them? How about me.. Do you hate me too?"

"They always leave me.. It's terrible.. Uhh.. I.. I don't hate you.. I quite like you as a friend.." I smiled honestly.

He smiled at me and hug me tightly.. What the..? His hug.. Was warm and cosy.. Eh? What?! I like his hug, no, no, no! People were watching at us, they were murmuring something.. Some people said:

"Ahh.. They look so adorable! And sooo sweet!"
"Essh.. They are a very perfect couple.."
"Kyaaa~ they look so perfect! I wish the two of you to be forever!"

Sebastian heard them all. He smirks at me and smiles, he patted my head and carry the black little kitten, he said in a hurry,"Keep the small white one.. I'll keep the other one.. This is a sign that our friendship will be forever, my lady! I promise that we will meet again! I would like to talk to you but I am quite busy and my master might be very upset if I come late." He bowed at me and left, he didn't waited for my reply.

I kept the small white one, I carry it and started to walk to home.

After 30 minutes--------------------------------------------

I was back! Ahhh!!! I am super tired! I went upstairs still carrying the sleeping kitten. I slowly open the door so that the sleeping kitten wouldn't be awaken, I put the kitten on a basket with a pillow. I lay down on the bed and sleep for a bit. That butler... He seems very interesting.. I wonder what kind of butler he is.. Hmm..

Wake up, wake up!!!!---------------------------------------

I yawn and stretch, I quickly jump out of the bed. I look at the basket where my kitten slept, but the kitty was not there. I look around the room and found her playing with a yarn, she purred when she saw me, I smiled. I was thinking of a name for her while we were heading home.. And I thought of.. Ysa, Meolise, Kittie, Haives, and Veleavine.. Oh, I want her name to be........ Veleavine! I will just call her by her nickname, Velea. I wonder what Mr. Butler nicknamed his kitty, I mean Sebastian..

We (Velea and I) went downstairs and go to the garden. We played their, we even chased each other, then I fed her some food. After feeding my Velea, we went to the library and read some books, Velea was just chasing and playing her big ball of yarn, she was really adorable!
