Chapter 8: Talking to Lizzy

I woke up finding Sebastian next to me, laying down on my bed. I was truly irritated because of him. He smiled at me and asked,"How's your sleep? Have you dreamt about me?" He chuckles.

"Hmph, I don't dream, you know. What are you doing on my bed, Sebby?" I called him Sebby because I wanted to make a nickname for him.

"Oh, now.. You started calling me Sebby. How wonderful.. Well, I was mesmerising your beauty, my love. And oh... Lady Elizabeth told you to come to her room."

"Oh, alright... I'll be ready in a few seconds, Sebby. Where's our little kitties?"

"Oh, them? They're sleeping on the large basket over there (points at the basket)... Aren't they adorable?" He smiles and looks at me.

"Yes, they are... W-why are you looking at me like that, Sebby? Is there something wrong with my face? Please tell me so that I could wipe it off.

"There is nothing wrong with your face, it's just absolutely stunning... I love to look at you all day long. Now, now.. Hurry so that Lady Elizabeth wouldn't wait long.." He smiles.

"Umm... Alright... I have to go now.. Shall you just wait here?"

"Yes, I shall. Goodbye, milady."

"Goodbye, Sebby."

I ran towards the door being in a hurry, I went out of the room and started to walk to Lady Elizabeth's room, oh I mean Lizzy's room. I know where her room is because i have seen her going inside many times in this room.

I stop at a large brown door. I knock it slowly and the door began to open. I saw Lizzy and she was smiling. She pulled me in her room and put me on her couch. She said,"Verrroooonnniiiiqqqquuuueee!!!!! Welcome to my room! How are you today? Sebastian said that you would like to speak to me, what is it? Huh? Tell me!!!"

I said smiling,"Umm.. Yes, I would like to speak to you privately, it's just about something... H-have you known young master very well?"

She replied,"Yes, I have. Since we were kids, I have known him a lot.. Why? Did he done something horrible to you, Veronique? Tell me.." She smiles slightly.

"No, no... Umm.. Lizzy, do you believe in demon butlers living in our world?"

"D-demon butlers?! Sorry, I can't tell you anything because I am not sure how to answer that question. Umm.. Want to talk about something else....? I shall start another topic.. ARE YOU AND SEBASTIAN GOING OUT?" She shouted at the WHAT?! Part.

"WHAT??!?!? We are definitely and absolutely not going out! Why would you think about that, Lizzy? Why?!" I really was shock and surprised because of what she just said. God, oh God.. Why?!

"Umm... Because I have observed that you two are always together and once I saw him going to your room without knocking.. Are you two together? That would be sweet.. You and him are perfect!"

"Oh, what have you just said?! The two of us are perfect? (Sighs) We are together because we are 'friends' very close friends.. And he directly goes to my room because it's just fine for me."

"So.... You love him?! Huh?! You love him???? You love Sebastian??!" She shouts very loud.

"No, no, no, hell no! Damn bloody hell, I can't love him, Lizzy. He's just different from all of the guys that I have met, but I don't find him... You know... Um... What will I say? Hmm.. Uh.."

"Attractive? Good? The best? Hot? Huh? What?! What is it?!? Spit it out, Veronique." She was truly interested.. I can't believe that she just said 'attractive and hot' what?!

"Frankly, I can't love anyone.. I can't love somebody.. Do you know why?, In my opinion, everyone is similar.. When you fall in love, damn you're going to break.. Am I wrong?"

Lizzy became upset and she says,"You're right.. When we fall in love, we might just break and I know what you're saying, If we fall in love we might break our hearts."

"Yes, we might break ourselves, our heart, our dignity, our souls and much more.. Do you know when you fall in love, the person that you have been showing kindness, showing honesty and showing politeness and love with is going leave you sometime.. For me, you can't trust nobody at all."

Her smile faded away and became sadness. She hugs me and I patted her head. Minutes past, she was asleep. I carried her to her bed and peck her forehead like she was my daughter.

I left her room and slowly close the door. When I turned my back, I saw young master looking at me. He sighed and said,"Hmm.. You had a small talk with her?"

"Yes, young master. If you need go talk to her, sorry, she's already asleep. Umm.. I have to go now. Do you need something from me, my Lord?"

"No, no... I just wanted to talk to Lizzy but it appears that she's asleep. Goodbye now.."

Master Ciel left. I quickly wander around the manor again. I went outside the manor and found many plants, it was the garden. I look around and found a person taking care of the plants. I walk to him and he finally saw me. He said,"Who are you? Are you a guest?"

I replied,"Umm.. I am Veronique, Veronique Hellcresth. I am a new maid here, don't you know?"

He smiled and said,"Oh!! I am Finnian, you can call me Finny. You're a new maid?! Hmph! They didn't tell me that there's a new maid in the manor.. You're so pretty!"

"Oh, umm.. Ok, Finny... Oh, you're so kind.. Thank you for the compliment.. Are you a gardener, Finny?"

"Yes, I am.. Umm.. I will have to leave you know, I have to take care of these.. So, umm.. It's a pleasure to meet you, Veronique." He smiles and leaves without waiting for my reply.

I could feel someone was behind my back so I turn around and saw... Sebastian... His eyes were glowing.. Bright red.. Our faces were so near to each other that makes our lips only inches apart, why does sh*t always happen to me? Oh, God...

He leaned closer until his lips were on mine. Jeez.. He wrapped his hands around so that i couldn't fight back. I struggle and struggle but still it wasn't working. He bit my bottom lip and put his tongue in my mouth.. What the heck is he doing?! Our tongues battled for dominance.. He explored every inch of my mouth.. Then, he stops and slowly took his tongue out of my mouth.. Sh*t..

His eyes was normal again. I started to cry, tears were bursting out of my eyes.. He done that to me? What had he just done?! Everything was getting darker this time.. I thought that I could trust him.. But I was truly damn wrong.. He looks at me shock, very shock.

I ran away from him as fast as I could. I went inside my room and lock the door. I lay down in my bed and covered my face with a pillow, I cried and cried... Because of what he have done to me.. I couldn't believe that he just damn done that, it was wrong, very wrong to do that to me..
