"Hey are you doing anything today?" Michael asked wrapping his arms around me from behind and kissing my head.

"I have to go to work why?" I said doing my makeup.

"I wanna take you out tonight, how long do you have to work till?"

"Um I probably won't get off until 3. Where are we gonna go tonight?" I asked finishing up my makeup.

"That I can't tell you, would you like me to drive you to work?" He asked going to pull out a shirt and put it on.

"Yeah, if you don't mind." I said putting my hair up into a ponytail and sliding my shoes on.

"Of course I don't." He said and led the way out of the house and to his car.

"So how long have you worked there?" He asked pulling out of the driveway and linking his hand on mine like an instinct.

"I think it'll be 3 years this year. I've known Reed and his family since I was ten so they were kind enough to give me the job." I said
"Have you ever thought about getting a different job?" He asked and I shook my head

"Not really, I really enjoy working there. I've thought about getting a second job though because, money's been tight." I said shrugging.

"Well what about adding a new roommate who can help with rent and bills?" He said

"What do you mean?" I asked confused

"Well, what if I move in. So I can be with you and so I can help and you both won't have to work that much." He said shrugging

"Are you serious?" I asked

"Yes, of course."

"Well I'll have to talk to Bea about it but wow." I said a little shocked the thought never coming to mind.

"Its just a suggestion." He said so I knew he wasn't pressuring me.

"I'll definitely think about it and talk to Bea." I said then looked out the window to see that we were here.

"Alright, have a good day kitten." He said opening my door and helping me out.

"I will. Thank you again for driving me." I said kissing him

"Anything for you, I love you kitten. Call me when you can." He said kissing me again

"I love you too baby." I said then headed inside the building.

"Hey Emma! Glad to see you back." Reed said as I walked in.

"Thank you for letting me take some time off." I said then started setting up the cash register that I work at.

"Oh yeah no problem." He said waving it off. The door dinged and in came customers

"Let's start our day!"

It was now 2:30 and the store was pretty full today. There was about 10 people in here currently and I was pretty tired.

"Aw my baby looks tired." I heard Michaels voice and perked up.

"What are you doing here?" I asked he said he was gonna come around three to pick me up.

"What, can't I see my gorgeous girlfriend." He said giving me a hug which I relaxed under his touch.

"Well my shift doesn't end for another 30 minutes." I said looking up at him.

"I know I just really wanted to see you and I wanted to look around actually." He said giving me a kiss.

"Alright, well have fun looking around I got costumers to help." I said and he nodded heading into the small aisles.
