We're finally able to take the babies home . After two weeks of staying in there with them . I thank all the midwifes and people who helped me along the way . Now it's time for the little twins to go out into the world .
We get into jacks black Range Rover I sit in the back , in the middle of the two baby seats . Ivy sits in her car seat in the front with daddy .
Once we reach our house , we take the babies into there nursery .

I place them in they're new beds as they peacefully sleep . Kai is still smaller but he's healthier . Saskia never stops babbling on and is always makes noises .
"Jack do you think we should leave them to sleep or stay with " I ask .
"We don't have to be with them 24/7 anymore , they'll be fine sleeping . Maybe you should go take a nap and I'll make us all some food ." He smiles kissing my head .
I nod my head and take Ivy into my room so we could both take a nap .

I wake up to my favrioute smell . Pancakes .
I leave Ivy sleeping and go into the babies room , there both sleeping peacefully . I walk down my stairs and see Jack stood over the stove .
I kiss his bare back and he turns round kissing me .
"Pancakes for my pancake queen " he laughs handing me a plate of chocolate chip pancakes .
" I love u Jack" I snapchat him and the pancakes .
