Sirius' POV

a loud ring woke Sirius from his sweet dream and black haired boy almost fell off his comfortable bed.

Sirius cussed and dragged his body up, sitting on his knees. Sirius moved his tired eyes to the still ringing clock. It was ten o'clock... Why was he still asleep? Usually Mr.Lupin would have woken him up by now...

It was some kind of morning routine the two of them had formed slowly in this month they had been... 'Working together'. Mr.Lupin would stop by and make sure Sirius was on his way to school, what was never, and woke him up if he wasn't, what was always. Usually he came around half past eight, but now he was nowhere to be found. Not downstairs not livingroom not even Regulus' room, Sirius checked them all.

Sirius rubbed his head and shrugged. Well maybe he slept in. That happens to the best of us. But that meant he was late for work.

Mr.Lupin had another job besides being a tutor for Sirius. He was a teacher in primary school and preschool combination thingy downtown. Sirius had never been there but he knew the place. Maybe he should call Mr.Lupin and make sure he was awake. Mr.Lupin had been waking him up for a month now so he needed to return the favour.

Sirius grabbed his phone and started to comb his hair with his other hand. Sirius called and put the phone on speaker, placing it down to the table as he tried to solve his hair in front of a mirror. Phone rang and rang but no one picked it up and soon it went to the voicemail.

"Hello this is Remus Lupin. Don't worry if I don't answer, I will be sure to call you back tomorrow. If you have something urgent call this number-" Sirius stopped the voicemail and sighed. Well it was none of his business.

The young man put on clothes he had organized yesterday and grabbed his leatherjacket before heading to school. He already felt bored...

Sirius giggled like six years old about to be caught in hide and seek. James' hand was in front of his mouth just like Sirius' hand was in front of James'. Muffled giggling made everyone else in the classroom either smile or sigh and roll their eyes, like their teacher. She didn't say anything though, because he knew that it would only blow two boys higher on their sugar rush.

The last period was over five minutes ago but their class had started later so they finished later. Because of James and Sirius of course.

Finally the teacher got enough and turned around.
"That was all for today. I expect that Mr.BlackPotter learned his lesson. Now get out of my sight." Surprisingly young looking teacher sai and whaved his hands. Sirius jumped up and took his back, racing James through the halls all the way outside.

James jumped up and down while Sirius just grinned happily. They didn't go to have lunch today, they ate tons of chocolate instead and now they were full of sugar and energy. James' dad had won some kind of random toss-up and got three crates of chocolate. Sirius' bag was full of chocolate even after they ate their stomachs full of it at lunch. Sirius liked chocolate so why not take it out of their hands.
"Hey, you coming next week? Mum misses you." James asked when he finally calmed down a little so he could speak.

Sirius shrugged with a sad look suddenly appareading on his face.
"I don't know Prongs." Sirius said and looked ahead, getting little confused when he saw only empty schoolyard.
"What? Why not?" James asked and Sirius lifted his hand. He tried to hear if there was someone near by.
"Is it your dad?"
"No, it was a joke shut up." Sirius hussed and James looked at his best friend with confused look.
"Where are you..." Sirius murmurred.

James walked next to Sirius and looked around.
"Who?"
"M.Lupin."
"Oooh... Yea where is he?" James asked after a while of observing the yard. Slowly other students started to slide through the doors and Sirius stopped looking.
"I have absolutely no idea. He didn't come to wake me up this morning either." Sirius told James as they started walking again.
