Jordan's POV

After we heard her scream we all stood up stunned and the without thought we ran at our vampire speed up the stairs. I had an idea that Ella had came across our cousin Mark. He is worse than Ryan so it is lucky Ella has some lungs on her or really she'd be dead and buried within moments.

As we made it to the upstairs hall near where Marks room was we heard him mutter something. I realise why she found his room instead of her own. Her room was up the left set of stairs third door the right whereas Marks was up the right set of stairs third door to the right.

The three of us made it to his room to see Mark holding Ella's hair in one hand and holding down her shoulder with the other. He was inches away from biting her and it was lucky we got there when we did. He must of felt our presence because he let go of her hair and she ran other to us taking shelter behind me and Ryan. Even though she was inches away I could feel her trembling. I looked to my right and I saw her head peering between me and Ryan.

"Mark, were you going to bite her?" Rosalyn said quite plainly that it was un-real.

"I wasn't going to drain her or anything! Just bite her, its not illegal," Mark protested looking between me and Ryan, presumably at Ella, "Besides, she's just food, even you drink human blood Jordan." He used me as an example because I was the calmest un-vampire like Vampire. I spoke to humans and I didn't see them as food 24/7.

"I have a name!" Suddenly Ella said, she really has to figure out her attidiude, she shouldn't be talking like this to Mark, he's trouble. Although we all just ignored her.

"Just because you're a relative doesn't mean you can eat our guests Mark." I stated.

"Fine, I won't kill the human girl." Mark said, before pushing past us all as he left the room.

"I'm not staying here!" Ella protested, "It was bad enough when it was only him trying to eat me!" She said directing it to Ryan. Who fained a pained expression.

"You'll be fi-" I started to say but I was rudely interrupted.

"I'm not staying!" She yelled stamping her foot like a child.

"Well, we could sit here and watch you sleep if you like," Ryan said, grinning at Ella and I knew there was an inappropriate second meaning.

"I don't think so." She said giving him a death glare.

"Just go to sleep Ella!" I sighed dragging Rosalyn and Ryan out of the room and she followed but went across to her own room. We all walked over to my room so we can talk.

"She is getting so annoying, why can't she just give up, she is a pathetic human and she needs to listen to us," Ryan groaned.

"Don't be so mean, she is new to all this," Rosalyn said softly.

"No, Ryan has a point she needs to learn her place. We don't want her here, yeah she's new to this but if she actually listened to us and cooperated with us we could sort it out so much easier than her drama attitude queen act," I said loudly. Then I heard a bang outside of the door before some quiet sobs. I went to the door and I could see Ella running away.

Great she isn't going to be any better now is she?

"Ella," i groaned as the other two turned up behind me.

"Look what you two idiots have done," Rosalyn said shouting at us.

"No correction Jordan is the trouble this time," Ryan said.

"I didn't know she was there," I shrugged.

"You still shouldn't have said those things, they're not nice," Rosalyn scowled.

"Well she needs to learn her place," Ryan stated.

"She isn't going to be any better now, you've hurt her," Rosalyn sighed.

"I'll go talk to her," I sighed walking off towards her room. I could here Rosalyn and Ryan talking but the words I couldn't here.

I finally got to her door and knocked lightly before opening the door so I could go in it.

"Hi," I said softly. She had her head buried in the pillow and was crying. She turned to face me and her eyes were already red and puffy.

"Leave me Jordan obviously I'm just a hassle," She shouted at me.

"Ell-" I started but I was cut off.

"No, Jordan leave," She shouted.

I turned around and walked back to my room to see the two of them in the doorway.

"Did it work?" They asked at the same time.

"No," I muttered.

"Ha, you ow me ten pounds," Rosalyn shouted pointing at Ryan.

"Whatever," He muttered giving it to her.

"Okay now I will go talk to her," Rosalyn said before going over to Ella's room.

"She is really angry," I said.

"Rosalyn can have girl talk with her," Ryan shrugged.

"True, that should work," I sighed.

"Your just an idiot, you shouldn't have said that stuff," He said.

"Your just as bad, you imbecile you started it, now I'm the bad guy," I growled.

"Calm down Jord," He said softly.

"No, we're just going to have havoc because your an idiot. Ella hates me because of you," i growled.

"No you did that on your own," He said.

"But your the reason why I said that stuff," I yelled.

"You must have already thought it, I didn't make you say it, "He hissed.

"But you, urgh," I yelled running out of my room and out of the house.

I don't know where I was going but I was just going anywhere. I found the bench that I always sat at. I sat down and found the tomb stone that I wanted to go to. I sat down on the bench that was in front of it. I waited about ten minutes there before I actually started to talk.

"Mum, I've messed up. Ella, the human, she is so annoying but she's confused, I was harsh and now she hates me. I didn't mean the things I said and now she won't listen to me. Now Ryan hates me as well. Rosalyn probably hates me too," I said as the tears welled.

"Mum, you'd be so proud of Rose if you were here. She is just like you, a strong leader and she knows how to cheer me up. She looks like you too, she has helped fill your place and take care of me and Ryan. I've changed a lot since i last spoke to you. I don't kill anymore and I don't let Ryan. I just erase they're memory," I smiled.

"Well back to Ella, she has this proper attitude that makes her really childish, I know I have only just met her but it feels like I've known her for years," I sighed thinking of her.

"You would have loved her mum. She has such a character and she doesn't understand who she's with. She ran into Mark and he almost killed her. How can I make it up to her and to Ryan? I blamed him for making me say those things," I sighed.

Then a twig snapped and I turned to see Ella. She was wearing Rosalyn's night dress. It was white and it hung on her making her look like an angel.

"urgh," She said before stepping out of the shadows and sitting down next to me.

"How much did you hear?" I asked.

"All of it," She whispered.
