Eliza's POV.

Just look down, just look down, don't look into his eyes, I thought as I walked through the door. Whoever that guy was- he was well.....kinda cute.

Once I got into the band hall I went straight to my locker. 25-9-34 I thought as I unlocked my locker.

"Hey sweet thing " someone called. I turned around knowing who called me. It was Juliet and she was accompanied by Rebecca and Jess.

"Hey Girlies," I said as we hugged in one of those awkward four person hugs. "Look at all these hot upperclassmen!" squealed Rebecca. "Rebecca, stop chasing after guys," said Juliet. " Come on Juliet, let go a little bit and be free. It doesn't hurt to get well- a little friendly with guys," said Jess who winked at a guy that walked past. "So do you see any cuties Eliza?" asked Rebecca.

"Well ....there is this one guy....." I started to say but was cut off by someone on the microphone.

"WELCOME ALL TO THE SPARTAN REGIMENT!!! We will begin August camp with some sectionals but first, let's introduce our directors, marching techs, and your leadership team. "

"First let me introduce myself," a man stepped out holding a microphone. He looked like he was in his early forties and he was bald ," I am Mr. Gene, the head band director. "And this is my lovely wife," he pointed to a beautiful woman who looked in her late thirties," Mrs. Gene who is the assistant band director." " Next is our new band director, Mr. Smith," he pointed a tall man with black hair and a very chiseled face, he's pretty hot I thought.

" Let me introduce our two marching techs , Ms. EJ and Mr. Niagra," he pointed a beautiful woman who looked about 22 who is about 4 feet tall and a man who looked 7 feet tall and he was as thin as a twig.

" Finally let me introduce our leadership team." He listed the captains and the lieutenants, " The saxophone captain is Camden and the Lieutenant is Luke ."

Luke, so that is his name. He is even hotter the more I look at him, I thought.

Mr. Gene finished announcing all the leaders and he asked us to give them a round of applause. I clapped my hands and my looked at Luke and I saw that he was looking at me. Quickly I looked down and I felt my face blush and my ears turn red.

" Get out your instruments and get into your sectionals and learn each others names and begin practicing the show music," said Mr. Gene.

I went to my locker and grabbed out my instrument. " Who do you think is cute?" asked Rebecca. "My section leader Luke," I said as I got out my reed on my saxophone. "Oooo. Well have fun in sectionals," she said as she winked at me and walked away.

Where is my section? I questioned.

" Saxophones over here!" yelled Camden. I walked over there , time for some sectionals!
