"Can you hear anything?" Namjoon whispered violently as Jin pressed an ear against the wood of the servant's dining room and kitchen. The two grown men had given little thought as to what to do until the two adolescent males finished 'talking', so they decided to eavesdrop on them 'subtly'. Except for the subtle part. The chef and landscape artist were naturally noisy people.
"Yes." Jin replied.
"What do you hear?" Namjoon asked, hoping for an answer he would be intrigued by.
"I hear a voice." Jin deadpanned, sighing with contained irritation in his deep tone.
"Who's voice?!"
"Yours now shut up!" Jin snapped and the younger male immediately stepped back in dissatisfaction. Jin pressed his ear harder on the wood of the door, so much so, the sound of the ocean was getting drowned out by a ringing in his head.
"Oppa?" The small voice of a tiny Minji could be heard from across the corridor, making the two men jump with surprise. They calmed themselves when they saw it was only the other Park twin. Jin put a hand to his chest, feeling how fast his heart had been beating. It was usually in time with the second hands of the clocks, but today it had been driven out of sync, thanks to recent events. "What are you two doing? All the people going past are giving you weird looks." Minji laughed.
"Screw 'em Min," Namjoon chuckled. "They should be minding their own business." He folded his arms and shook his head at the nosiness of the other maids and butlers in the vicinity. Ironic though, the landscape artist and head chef were eavesdropping on the conversation Yoongi and Jimin were having.
"Yeah, but what are you two doing?" She asked again; in an attempt to find out what it was the two males were so engaged with.
"Shhh child." Jin pressed his ear against the wood of the door again. "Something's happening." He said in an airy voice.
"Yeah, what?" Minji also pressed an ear to the door, growing impatient with the amount of times she'd asked the question, and still hadn't been answered.
"Your brother spilled the beans to the young master, finally." Minji almost jumped at the words that had just come out of Namjoon's mouth.
"What?!" She screeched. "When did this happen?!" She sounded disappointed and jubilant at the same time, she felt betrayed; but at least her ship had sailed half way.
"It happened a few days ago." Jin frowned. "The button's mad Jimin hasn't gone to see him for so long, he wheeled himself over here to confront him."
"Ahem." Namjoon cut in. "I wheeled him over," he corrected, making Jin roll his eyes at the unnecessary correction. "Our Jimin was devastated, he thought the young master would reject him so he just ran out the room and didn't give Yoongi a chance to answer."
