Chapter 10
Liam's POV
I was currently walking Taylor to her front door after our date. In my opinion everything went smoothly except for that damn waiter. Flirting with Taylor every time he came over, which in my opinion was more then needed.
Upon reaching Taylor's front door we stopped and turn facing each other. "I had a nice time tonight." Taylor was the first to speak. "Good. That was my goal." I smirked as I stepped a bit closer to her. This caused Taylor to bring her attention to the door mat. "Hey," I took my hand and guided a loose strand of hair behind Taylor's ear, this brought her attention back to me. "I want to do something like this again." I stated shifting a little uncomfortably not really use to the whole dating thing as it's been awhile. "Yeah I think that would be nice." She smiled up to me. "Next time though, it will be something more exciting!" I grinned have a slight idea of what I wanted to do.
"Oh gosh!" She giggled knowing my occupation that could be quite sketchy to hear. There then grew a silence between us. "I'll see you later then?" I asked watching Taylor carefully. "Yeah. Soon." She smiled as she started to turn to head into the flat but I stopped her. I quickly spun Taylor around and kissed her. I rested my hands on her hips As her slowly relaxed her hands to my chest. I shortly broke away from the kiss and whispered a hush goodnight and watched as Taylor glide into the flat.
I quickly reached me car and sat in the drive just thinking. I really am getting myself into some deep shit. Sadly I was brought from my thoughts as I had gotten a text. I looked to my phone to see I had gotten a text from Daniel.
Daniel: thanks for changing my deliverer. They know how to get things to and fro.
Liam: No problem man. Anything for my best business partner.
I mentally sighed remembering I still haven't talked to Anna and Kaley about their last drop off. I figured I'd go And talk to them now so I wouldn't have to later. I slowly got out of my car and walked up to their door.
I knocked twice not wanting to alarm them. About 30 seconds later I heard someone approach the door before opening it. "Hey Taylor. Is Anna and Kaley here?" I rubbed the back of my neck awkwardly knowing I was just here. "Yeah, their in the kitchen. Come in." Taylor stepped to the side letting me into the flat. I followed Taylor to the kitchen to see Anna and Kaley eating some macaroni. "Liam? What's up?" Anna asked with a mouth full of food. "I need to talk to you and Kaley. Now." I glared at the two. They nodded and walked into the living room having a seat.
I stopped in the hall turning to Taylor. I slowly decreased the space between her and I placing my forehead on hers and my hands wrapped around her waist in a firm grip. She placed her hands onto my triceps and gazed into my eyes.
"Taylor," I paused not really sure how to say this, " I don't want you to feel like I'm pushing you away or anything.. But you can't come in there." Taylor sighed a bit but mumbled an okay turning to head to her room I suppose. "Taylor," I grabbed her and quickly spun her back around, " it's business. Plus they are in trouble with me." I tried explaining myself to her. "It's okay. I understand. It's business." She smiled and pecked my cheek before leaving me by myself in their hall.
I sighed before heading to the living room to explain to Kaley and Anna they will no longer be delivering to Daniel and if I receive another complaint there will be dire consequences.
