Chapter 17.
Liam's POV
I had been sitting by Taylor's room for about the past 45 minutes. I could hear Dr. Wright's voice from outside the door, she was talking to other nurses and asking various questions to Taylor.
I was to nervous to talk and to upset to think straight. All I could do was wait for Dr. Wright to come out and tell us what's going on, and sure enough she walked out right on cue.
I stood quickly, which brought everyone's attention to Dr. Wright. "What the hell happened in there?" Austin was the first one to speak as he had completely missed the whole situation. "Well somewhere in between her coming in and the comma she had some memory loss. We aren't quite sure how this happened but we will run some more test with some of the blood we drew to try to find out." Dr. Wright gazed down disappointed about not catching the mistake.
"Well will her memory come back?" I asked actually afraid of her answer. "We expect it to but you can never know." I sighed not knowing what to do now. "The only thing I can advise you to do is go in and reintroduce yourself. All of you. Then see what she remembers last. Don't try to overwhelm her with too many things because I'm not sure how she will react. So just take it slow. Then tomorrow when she is released, take her home and try to rig her memory. Just remember to try not and overwhelm her with things. Patience will be the Key." Dr. Wright patted my shoulder before walking down the hall to the lobby.
I sighed before looking around at the mates. Their faces were plastered with looks of pity. "You guys ready?" I watched as they all nodded before we slowly entered Taylor's room. Well here we go..
Taylor's POV
I had woken up to a hospital room full of fucking British people.. One who had the nerve to call be baby. Like what the fuck is going on?
After the nurses had gotten everyone out of the room a doctor had came in. She was extremely sweet and explained to me what happened.
"So let me recall what's going on.
- I'm in Wolverhampton London
- I just woke up from a comma
- I have amnesia
- I ended up here because I got shot in my thigh
- And all those people out there know me?" I listed off everything I could remember that Dr. Wright had recently informed me with. Well this was very unexpected..
Dr. Wright drew some blood from me so she could test me and find out why I had memory lost. She left me and walked out to speak with my so called "friends". About 15 minutes after Dr. Wright had left, in came 5 familiar faces from when I woke up.
I watched as they approached me but kept a reasonable distance. I kept finding myself bringing my attention to a tall and lean guy who stood somewhat to the side. The other two guys had a girl latched onto them but he stood alone. He looked the worst of all of them too. "How are you feeling?" I suddenly looked to a guy who had a rather different accent then the rest I have heard. "I've been a hell of a lot better." My response cause laughter to float around the room.
"So I'm guessing you don't recognize any of us?" I looked over to the blonde who spoke this time. She looked like she was going to cry once I shook my head No. "I'm sorry but I don't." I dropped my head but quickly snapped up when I heard the voice of another guy, "Well I'm Austin!" He walked over to me and took my hand lightly shaking. This led to everyone introducing theirselves.
