"Is this your girlfriend?"

We rushed to the back of some random stage...it was so cool being able to be behind the scenes of everything and not being questioned to get in.
"I'm getting tireddd." Josh moaned as we were still slightly running around.
"We don't really need to run anywhere, no fans can get back here anyway." Tyler stopped running.
Tyler and I were slightly out of breath and Josh was just standing there taking it like a champ.
I slightly nudged him, "you don't have to show off you know, ha." I said breathlessly.
"What can I say...being a drummer has its perks." Josh boasts sarcastically and over exaggerating some big headed head nods. 
"Dude..." Tyler cringes and laughs.
"Who's show are we behind anyways?" I asked excitedly.
"Ummm, The Chainsmokers I think?"
"No way."
"Yes way." Josh mimicked
"Oh my goshhhh I love them!" I exclaimed
Josh opened his mouth as to say something but turned away and didn't say anything, Tyler soon after gave him a confused look.
In the distance of the hallway backstage I saw a slim looking woman walking straight down towards us, my eyes began to focus on her as she got closer...is that Halsey?
"I'm gonna pass out." I swooned.
"W-what why??" Josh says slightly concerned.
"Because that's Halsey...H-Halsey, S-she's-" I was cut off by her running towards Josh and Tyler, hugging both.
My eyes couldn't believe it...Halsey was right in front of me.
"I've missed you guys...who's this...ha- is this your girlfriend Josh?" Halsey smiles.
"O-oh no...my names-"
Josh cut me off (damn this girl gets cut off a lot.)
"You always assume stuff Ash'...This is Abbie, Abbie, Ashley, Ashley, Abbie." Josh grinned and moved stiffly.
"Nice to meet you Abbie." Halsey came in to give me a hug.
"N-Nice to meet you too, I'm such a huge fan of yours, oh my gosh." I stuttered.
"Aww, you're adorable, where did you find this one?" She asked
"We have met her a few times on the street, and she has 2 million YouTube subscribers. She's pretty cool." Tyler explains.
"Woah, that's a lot, man, I'm happy for you, you're so precious." Halsey's angel of a voice says.
"T-thank you."
"She stutters a lot under pressure doesn't she?" Halsey laughs.
"Yeah she does, you get used to it after a while ha-ha, she was practically a mess when she first met us" josh looked me up and down.
There was a pause, and Halsey noticed Josh looking at me.
"Hmmm, are you sure this girl isn't yours? Because she seems like a girl you'd be with, and she is practically a girl version of you, and the way you stare at her bro..." Halsey teases.
Josh goes bright red because he wasn't expecting Halsey to be straight to the point.
Tyler glanced at me and my face which literally a tomato.
"Woah are you ok Abbie, ha-ha." Tyler asks sounding genuinely concerned.
"Awe, she's getting embarrassed bless her, I didn't mean to sweetie." Halsey apologised and stroked my arm.
Josh didn't look any better than me, in fact he was even more red...as red as his hair in fact.
I've always had a thing for Josh...and I didn't want it getting spilled out now by me getting anxious and blowing my cover.
I felt my throat closing up and it started getting a lot harder to breathe, I didn't want to have a panic attack...not in front of my crush plus my three musical inspirations.
"A-are ok?" Josh finally speaks
This makes my throat open again and I can finally breathe.
"Um, yes I'm fine, ha-ha. What are you playing next Halsey?" I said trying to quickly change the subject.
"Oh...my set is finished. I'm so tired, I think I'm gonna go get some water and sit down for a bit, I hope I meet you again Abbie, it's been such a pleasure to meet you and I hope we can hang out some time, what's your Twitter?"
My heart exploded as I gave Halsey my Twitter to follow.

Halsey soon walked away and I felt Tyler and josh look at me as if I was supposed to say something.
"I don't know what just happened but it's all a blur at the moment, give me a minute."
I said laughing and stretching.
"Overwhelming huh?" Josh bit his lip.
I wish he would stop doing that, he makes me want to jump out of a window every time.
"Josh can I talk to you for a second, is that ok Abbie?" Tyler asks
"Oh yeah, sure i'll just be here." I lied, I hated being left alone, especially in a place that I shouldn't be allowed to be in.
Josh and Tyler walk a few meters away and start whispering to each other.

----------JOSH'S POV----------
"What's wrong man?" I asked concerned.
"You didn't deny her being your girlfriend or anything that's what's wrong, do you like her?."
Tyler says bluntly.
"Uh, no...what makes you think that?" I murmur.
"The way you look at her constantly when she's talking...oh and the way you converse with her, you never usually seem so interested in girls."
Everything Tyler was saying made perfect sense, maybe I do like this girl...I mean she reminds me a lot of myself when I was younger...before we blew up.
"If you like her you can just tell me." Everything Tyler said previously before that point I had blanked out.
"I don't know...I'm...I just...I don't know."
"Okay, okay, I understand, you need to spend more time with her to see what she's like, but other than that you like her dude..."
I didn't want to reply again at that point.
"Y-yes." I admit.
This is all so stupid, this is the first time I'm really meeting her, I don't know my own stupid feelings right now...ugh.
After Debby...I never really let myself have interest in anyone else, Me and her are only on a break after all, she was in an abusive relationship before me after all, but she's let herself love after me...I'm so confused.

------ABBIE'S POV------

After a 10 minute talk they both turn around with Tyler grinning his face off and Josh slightly shaken.
"Are you guys ok?" I ask giggling.
"Yep, I'm really good." Tyler says in a chirpy voice.
"Josh...are you?"
"Oh, uh, yes...why wouldn't I be?" He says eventually smiling half way through his sentence.
Josh's smile was my favourite...I hate myself for loving him so much, he's just so, so, ugh, I confuse myself...ugh.
Eventually we all walked out of the backstage part and back into the public and I got a slushy (it was red)
As I was drinking my red slushy I noticed that when you have slushies, they make your tongue change colour.
"Hey guys, I'm Josh's hair." I say sticking my tongue out at the two figures in front of me.
"Oh...wow." Josh paused and laughs.
Tyler just laughs quite hard and put his sun glasses back on after lifting them up to see what colour my tongue was.

I was dragging behind a bit and Josh noticed.
"Awe, little legs can't keep up?"
"Shut up." I shoved Josh
"Can we find Jennaaa now, I don't want to third wheel my entire life." Tyler jokes.
My heart stops...I can't believe Tyler said that, what does he know that I don't?
"You're not Tyler, you just didn't want to wait up for Ab'"
Josh shortening my name sent a chill down my spine...I don't know why.
As soon as I thought that to myself I tripped over a box that had been left near one of the tents.  Before I hit the ground I felt two arms grab me and stop me from face planting the floor. I looked down to see a tree tattoo on one of the arms...Josh caught me.
He stood me back up and asked if I was ok.
"I-I'm ok, thank you."
There was a moment where we were just standing there, but then we soon noticed that Josh's arms were still around my torso.
We quickly recovered our original position and looked at Tyler who was currently staring at us both in disbelief, and a couple of fans who were on my left were recording the whole thing...oh god.

THAT WAS SUCH A LONG CHAPTER IM SO SORRY...I had a lot I wanted to write down...plez love me.

SHOW IT SOME LURVEEE. There are so many awkward moments in this chapter and it had be cringing out just as much as you.

I think this was a petty good chapter...but meh, I still need to read it over.
