I woke up next to Riley, it was two in the morning. I can't sleep. I grabbed my phone and went into the garage. I hooked it to the radio that was in there. I put on Nobody Like You by Little Mix. I let the music take over. I danced with emotion. I was so caught up in the dance I didn't hear Riley walk in. Tears ran down my face as I danced. The song ended and he clapped.
"You're good." Riley walked over too me. "I hate seeing you cry."
"You scared me, and I'm crying because of us." I sighed.
He gave me a hurt look. I touched his cheek. He wrapped his hands around my waist as I rested my head on his shoulder.
"I have to do a duet dance with my ex, and us...Riley I'm scared." I sighed.
We shouldn't be doing this, but I can't stop. I'm drawn to him somehow. I always have been.
"Stop over thinking it." He rubbed my back. "You can't help who you love."
I looked at him. Love?
"As for you ex, if he touches sexually I'm killing him." Riley said.
What scared me was that he was serious about it. He pecked my lips making me blush.
"Let's go back to sleep, or at least cuddle." Riley took my hand with his.

"They're so cute." My mom awed.
"I know, but this is wrong." John sighed.
"You can't help who your heart chooses." My mom said.
"True, he's been waiting for so long to have her. He has her but...it's kinda illegal... Right?" John mumbled.
I stirred making them leave. I heard my door shut. Was I dreaming or was that real? I opened my eyes to sunlight on my face. I need darker curtains. I went to get up but Riley pulled back me back.
"Noo." He nuzzled his face into my neck.
"I need to pee and I'm hungry, Riley." I wined.
"Go pee, your hunger can wait." He let me go.
"No it can't." I dashed out my room.
Not paying attention I hit a opened door falling to the ground. Riley walked out my room with a grumpy face on. He grabbed my arms and pulled me back into my room.
"Use the bathroom and get in the bed." He ordered me.
His voice raspy. It gave me chills. I listened to him. As I used the bathroom I realized it was my time of the month. Wonderful. At least I caught it on the toilet and my underwear was safe. I grabbed a tampon. I made it quick and washed up. I felt the cramps coming. Why me. I went Dow stairs to my mom. Knowing she was down stairs.
"Skipping school?" My mom laughed.
"Skipping work?" I sassed back. "Anyways, I'm out of pain pills and these cramps are creeping up on me."
"You're gonna have to go to the store and buy more, but there's some in that draw." She pointed.
I grabbed them and popped them in my mouth. I grabbed a glass of tap water swallowing them. Riley walked in. He was dressed.
"Where are you going?" I asked.
"No where." He wrapped his arms around me.
"Careful Riley, it's her time of month." My mom laughed.
My face went blank. I was expecting for Riley to back up but he didn't. He just rested his head on my shoulder and began to rub my stomach which felt so freaking good.
"What do you want? I'll go to the store for you." Riley kissed my cheek.
My eyes widen. He did that in front of my mom. It didn't even bother her.
"Pain pills, chocolate chip ice cream, pickles, chicken wings, Pepsi, more tampons." I smiled.
"Tampons?" He looked pale.
I laughed.
"I'm coming with you." I darted to my room getting dressed in something random but comfy.
I walked to his Rover which he was already in. All I had was my wallet and phone.
"How long does your period last?" He asked me.
"So random, but three or five days." I sighed.
He phone buzzed. He ignored it then it began to ring. I looked at him as he ignored it. I picked it up from the cup holder. Jessica?
"Who's Jessica?" I asked.
"She's a nobody." He said keeping his eyes on the road.
I nodded and put his phone down. My phone rang I looked to see that James was calling. I answered it hoping just about the want song we're going to do.
"Hey babes." He spoke right as I answered.
"Don't call me that." I said bluntly. "What do you want."
"I just wanna know what song we are doing for the dance?" He asked.
"Call me or next me later okay." I said looking at Riley who was gripping the stirring wheel.
"I'll just come over." James said and hung up fast.
I texted him.
Sam: I'm not even home right now
D!ck Ex: Okay, text or call me when you get home.
I left him on read as we pulled into the parking lot of Walmart. Riley got fast and marched over to my side as I got out. His lips smashed against mine. He pinned me against his car.
"You're mine." He growled. "I will not compete with anyone else."
"You don't have too." I breathed.
"If it wasn't for you being on your period, I would take you right now." He grabbed my hand.
We walked into the store.
"I don't wanna be in here long so hurry up." Riley grumbled.
"Is now a bad time to tell you that James will be coming over?" I looked at him.
His hazel grey eyes turned a solid grey. I've never seen him this angry before. We walked around the store in silence. We got everything but the tampons. This is going to be fun.
"I'm not going in the aisle." Riley protested.
"Okay." I walked down it looking for the Tampax tampons.
I frowned and looked up. Why is it so high up. I reached but no success. I looked at Riley. He rolled his eyes and walked over to me. He reached and grabbed them.
"Thanks hun." I smiled and grabbed his hand.
We checked out and headed home. I texted James that I was on my way home. I was able to down a bowl of ice cream and take more pain pills. I heard shouting from my mom and knew that James was here. I went into the living.
"Come on, we'll be in the garage." I announced.
