Chapter twent five

   I was sitting in chemistry class next to Juwany. He thanked me for what I did that night. The teacher was on her desk doing nothing but reading what a great teacher

"Can I get your guys attention"I heard I look up and see the principal

"I'm aware to announce that you have a new student her name is Hailey she comes from Canada please try to make her feel as welcome as possible"he looked outside the door and told the person to come in

She came in she had brown hair and brown eyes she was about 5'7 she was tall. She had a black crop top with high waisted shorts and converse just like my style.

"Well we have no more places for you to sit Hailey but sit beside Grace Grave raise your hand"the teacher said I looked at her and raised my hand Hailey walked here and sat down since it's only two per table considering there are only tables for experiments she sat infront of Juwany and I

She sat down and put her backpack down she sighted and put her hands in the table she played with her fingers can his get awkward

"Ok so today you are going to finish your lab from yesterday begin"she said

"Does she even care about her job"Hailey asked I looked at her she looked at both of us

"What?"I asked

"I mean she looks like she doesn't teach anything all she does is be on her phone how does she even get paid"she said

"She doesn't all she does is assign labs we don't even complete them we just talk"Juwany said

"Are you new?"I asked she looked at me

"I mean to this town?"I asked

"No I used to live here when I was little my father decided to move to Canada to be with my sick grandma we stayed there for 11 years when we moved back"she said

"That makes you 15?"Juwany asked

"Yep"she said

   I looked at Juwany and saw him looking at her weirdly but at the same time with suspicion . Hailey just tried to ignore eye contact with Juwany do they know each other?

I cleared my throat

"Anyway we need to mix the water with salt and lemon that activating the water then we paper make to holes to keep the pencils in place then we wrap the wire around the pencils connect it to the battery making the pencils conduct electricity making the state allot in have if we do it correctly it will give shocks that can be used for shook therapy so we need to be careful"I said

   Juwany and Hailey looked at me confused and shocked

"What?"I asked

"Your smart"Hailey said

"I tell her everyday but she doesn't believe me"Juwany Said and smiled

"I'm not smart"I said Juwany rolled his eyes

"What is shock therapy even for?"Juwany asked

"For psychiatric purposes it's used for seizures and to provide pain relief from psychiatric illnesses sometimes it's used to erase memories and damage their brain temporarily"I said Hailey widened her eyes

"Told you"he said

"I am not smart I studied that in the 3rd grade for a project"I said

"Sure"he rolled his eyes

Grace?

I turn around but see no one

I look around who called me?

"Grace?"Juwany said

"Uh what?"I said he looked at me confused

"I said that me and the guys are planning a little party at my house it's just to celebrate that Charles sister is okay"he said

"You'll be there right"he said

"Um yeah"I said

"Great your invited too Hailey"Juwany said

"Um yeah thanks"she said

   The bell ranged I grabbed my backpack and left what a great day (sarcasm<-)

First of all all of that crazy talk is actually true about everything shock therapy I actually didn't goggle this I know this I don't know how but I just do I just thought to put it in the story to put more character into Grace anyway thanks for reading💖
