Chapter Sixteen - Trouble In Paradise

*One Week Later!*
(Adela's POV!)
"Gerald stop!" I said laughing as he swam away from me.

"Come and get me." He said smirking.

"I can't! I'm too short. I'll die!" I said laughing.

Hawaii is beautiful. When I mean beautiful, I mean beautiful. I love it here. Gerald and I have been enjoying this beautiful island. We went snorkeling and we even swam with sharks. We got to pet sting rays and today we're just at the beach enjoying our day.

"Fine, fine. Don't want you to die you know." He said smiling as he slowly walked over to me.

When he walked up to me I put my arms around him and put my legs around his waist. He held me up and had his hands on my butt. I put my lips against his. He had his sunglasses on so I carefully took them off and then I put them on.

"I think they look better on me." I told him smiling.

"Of course they do." He said as he kissed my cheek.

I looked out onto the beach and saw all of Gerald's friends just sitting on the beach. James was there too just sitting in the sun.

"Why aren't they coming in the water?" I asked Gerald.

"They think I'm going to bang you in the water." He told me laughing.

"What!?" I quickly said.

"I'm just playing! I don't know actually. They're probably drinking." Gerald quickly said.

I slowly let go of Gerald and started to swim towards the beach.

"You're leaving me now?" Gerald asked me as I heard him swim towards me.

"No, let's both go sit down." I said loudly so he could hear me.

I walked out onto the beach and sat back down on the tanning chair.

"Done already?" Marty asked as he took a sip of his drink.

"Shut up guys!" I said laughing.

Everyone started to laugh. Man, these guys were so funny. I've gotten to know all of them and they're awesome.

"Why don't you guys go swim?" I said.

"Naw, you know, we're enjoying the view. So many beautiful woman everywhere. Like god damn!" One of Gerald's photographers, Ben said.

"Well, you guys can stay here and woman watch I guess. You wanna go walk around the beach babe?" I asked Gerald.

He put his shirt on and sat down next to me.

"That's fine with me." He told me smiling.

I put my shorts on and a really cute white crop top. I stood up when Gerald did and then he grabbed my hand. We walked down the beach hand in hand. We really haven't gotten much attention and I love that. At the airport and the hotel we got a couple of fans recognize Gerald but on the beach we hadn't gotten any.

"It's beautiful here." Gerald said as he looked out onto the water.

"It is. I love it here." I told him smiling.

"Maybe we'll come here for the honeymoon. I mean if you want to." He said as he looked at me.

"That would be amazing. It doesn't matter where we go though. Just want to be with you." I said smiling.

Gerald grabbed a flower from a man that was selling some and then he paid him. He handed it to me.

"Aw, it's so cute. I don't want to drop it." I said as I put it up to my nose.
