The ending. Something that either makes or breaks a story. It's also one of the hardest things to perfect in a story because all of the hard work you have done now must either lead to a series or wrap everything up. Sometimes people can become too carried away with the ending and completely ruin all possibilities of imigination by either over analyzing every single part or not adding enough detail. Of course you have the cliche endings like:
Someone dies
Get together happily
Graduation
Major breakup
I just wish someone would write a really good plot twist that wasn't expected. I haven't read any ouran plot twists and it makes me sad ;(
