hi guys, so my friend wants me to update*cough cough Olivia cough cough* so here is the 4th chapter sorry it is not as long as chapter three and i wont be updating for a while after this because i am rewriting chapter 5 to make it longer and to twist the plot just a little bit so... yea see you when i update next bye. i wont be updating till i have at least 5 comments reviewing my story tho. so yea bye

"come on we need to prepare his body for vigil" said Whitewhisker. Kinkfur came over with the herbs she needed. when she finished she stepped back. Amberstar trotted to his body and said "tonight we mourn the loss of a brave and powerful warrior. the clan will honor him greatly." After she had finished speaking, Cherrywhisker and the kits scampered up and lay down next to him. Lionfur and Rainwhisker joined them. Bramblekit blinked in surprise then remembered, they were Stormcloud's litter mates. Bramblekit turned to Cherrywhisker and whispered" i thought warriors don't kill unless they have too" Cherrywhisker stared at her blankly. Bramblekit went to the medicine den and said "Kinkfur, Cherrywhisker wont acknowledge me""well, i can give her thyme for the shock, and a poppy seed to help her sleep, but i do not have herbs for a broken heart." Kinkfur went to the back of the den, and got thyme and a poppy seed. she gave them to Bramblekit and said "chew up the thyme to a pulp and give Cherrywhisker the juices, then tell her to eat the poppy seed."Bramblekit ran out into the clearing to Cherrywhisker. she chewed the thyme to a pulp and spread it across Cherrywhisker's lips. instinctively, she licked it off. Then Bramblekit gave her the poppy seed. Cherrywhisker licked it up and then went to sleep. Amberstar came up to Bramblekit and licked her between the ears. " are you OK" Amberstar said "will Cherrywhisker get better" Bramblekit said, her eyes sparkling with worry. "only time will tell" Amberstar replied. "now go to sleep" Bramblekit curled up and sank into sleep.
