"Harry! Please help me!" I whined from my closet. I stood in only my underwear, arms crossed as a pout covered my face. My friend laid across my bed with Clary laid on his chest, petting the cat lazily as he flicked his blue eyes at me. His look was one of disdain as he stared at my nearly naked body. "Why do you even need my help? Seriously, between the two of us you're the stylish one. My everyday outfit is actually just jeans and a tee-shirt. I really don't understand what you want me to do." He said with a straight face.

I glared and stomped my foot. "Stop being a bitch, I need your help! Just tell me what looks good and what doesn't."

Finally, he put Clary on the floor and looked up at me with a small smile. "Okay, drama queen. Get to modeling."

I sagged in relief as I one again grabbed the hangers that I'd previously dropped in frustration. "Thank you, now which one looks better?"

After talking in American Lit. on Monday, Sabastian and I had agreed on going out for lunch today, Wednesday. My only class had been this morning and he didn't have any, so we were good on that. I was just really excited! And nervous. Mostly nervous. Like, really nervous. I didn't even know why, though. I'd been on lots of dates before, but this one just felt different. Sabastian was perfect, and elegant, and sexy. Most of the guys I'd dated weren't serious, and I knew that by the end we would hook up and never actually speak to one another again. Sabastian, I knew it wouldn't be the case with him.

I sighed dreamily as Harry combed my hair back, hair spraying as he did so. I was already dressed, wearing skinny jeans and a baggy, long sleeved shirt layered with a leather vest. It held my usual flare of "rebelliousness" while still looking nice and casual. Maroon combat boots were laced nearly to my knees, and I felt good about myself. Which was an extremely good thing considering I needed the extra boost of confidence,

"What time is it?" Harry asked as he put the hair spray down and pat a few parts of my black waves down.

Checking my phone, my heart nearly leapt from my chest. "Nearly noon!" I said and jumped up, quickly attempting to get my things together. The nervousness that had sort of faded came back and hit me like a ton of bricks. Painfully and all at once.

It was as I was shoving my wallet into my pocket and Harry was fixing a last bit of my hair that knocking sounded solidly from my apartment door. I panicked and shoved Harry roughly to the side, nerves pulling at me as I opened the door to be greeted by Sabastian's beautiful smile. Dark eyes hidden behind his glasses and cheeks pink. "Hello, Ridge." He said softly as I openly stared at him, he was just too sexy. It hurt.

"Hey, sexy!" I said in my usual, loud voice, easily masking all hints of panic that once showed. "Ready to fall in love with me?" I bat my lashes and smiled innocently.

His cheeks darkened and he rolled his pretty eyes. "Are you ready to go?" He questioned while glimpsing into my apartment. I nodded, but before I actually stepped outside Harry groaned from his hidden spot behind the door. Sabastian's eyes questioned me, mouth drawn into a judgmental purse. "Oh hush!" I scolded, closing the door behind me with a loud click. "He was just messing around." The lie was obvious, but happiness filled me when Sabastian didn't actually question it.

Today would be good.

I followed Sabastian into a small café, surprised by how nice and homey it felt. The outside wasn't the best, but I guess what people said was true. Don't judge a dick by it's size.

I trailed my eyes over every corner, a genuine smile pulling at my lips as I soaked up every detail. Small, two person tables were placed randomly, other larger tables lining the walls. The colors were a welcoming dark, beige and thick drapes blocked most of the sunlight. Candles flickered on shelves that also held pictures of families and friends sitting in the café. Soft music played quietly and it was an all together good vibe.

"I take it you like it?" Sabastian's accented voice broke though. I nodded eagerly and leaned against him as we walked towards the counter. "It just feels good here." I said quietly.

"Hello! What would you two like today?" The cashier asked with a bright smile. Sabastian bit his lip (I nearly got a hard on) and pointed to a few things on the menu. "A honey croissant and a large Earl Grey." He said before looking down at me, eyes searching.

"Order for me." I requested and swooned when he did so without arguing. Perfect. He was perfect.

After placing my order as well, he reached into his pocket, about to grab his wallet. I smiled when he couldn't find it and paid for both of our meals, winking as I took my change. He glared and pouted, taking his wallet back when I offered it to him. I'd taken it when he was ordering. In my mind, he'd planned the date, I could pay.

He lead us to a table, actually taking the time to pull my chair out for me. He was such a gentleman. I wanted to cry!

I watched him from across the table and forced his glasses down his nose, grinning when he caught me, only to surprise me by looking amused. "So, since this is a date- no matter how coerced- lets get to know each other." He said as he adjusted his sweater around his wrists. My nod was quick, but I didn't care. I wanted to know everything there was to know about this man. He seemed mysterious, and I just wanted to break through those layers.

The cashier brought us our orders and left quickly. I sipped at my peppermint tea and grinned. How he knew my favorite tea? I didn't really care.

"So," I began with an excited grin. "what brought you to Liberal Arts Academy?"

Lunch seemed to go on for hours as we learned more about each other. His sister Heather was his best friend, his mom taught him everything he knew about music, and his dad wasn't around much. But family was everything to him, and I loved it. He was such a sweet heart.

He seemed interested when I talked about my many siblings, and he seemed fascinated that my dad was a magician. I could tell he disapproved of the ability use, though. We laughed a lot, and I found myself blushing when he caught my eye. It was definitely the best date I'd ever had, and it wasn't even near being over.

Sabastian was truly amazing, and I felt like I was growing on him. I felt like this would work out.
