Before they knew it, the sun crept back into the sky and their heads were pounding. Luckily, they remembered the kisses they had shared and their agreement to take things slow. Not to mention, that they were dating now.
Trying to get over their hangovers, they lay together on the bed, cuddling. Right now, cuddling and exchanging kisses was the extent of their relationship. However, they were both more than happy with this, as long as they were together everything would be fine between them. At least, until they were both ready to progress.
After about an hour, Barry had to get some work done so while concentrating on his laptop, Caitlin would lie in his arms and bury her head in his chest until she fell asleep. It was quite an adorable sight and showed just how compatible they were and how good they looked together.
Staring at the particular casefile that had been giving him trouble for the last ten minutes, Barry sighed and was about to close the laptop when he felt Caitlin stir. Distracted by her, he didn't notice her studying the laptop's screen, until she yawned and said: "It's that guy," she gestured to the picture of one of the suspects. Hearing the heavy rain and then deafening thunder, he jumped out of bed to find her. Hopefully, she hadn't gone to the roof, that would be the worst and he couldn't let her try that again. Especially, when he thought he was in love with her. However, he didn't even want to think about that, she promised.

Immeadiately, he sat next to her and put and arm around her and cuddled her to comfort her. It was clear that she didn't like thunder and lightning, and for good reason.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to wake you," she wept.
"Shhhh, it's nothing. All that matters is you," he picked her up bridal style and carried her back to the bedroom and tucked her in. Holding her until she fell asleep. Evantually, she drifted off and with a kiss on the forehead he joined her...
