Emma Carters

I still can't get those scary scene that happened earlier out from my mind. I mean when someone you never see or know before suddenly comes out of nowhere and starts saying things that you'll be his or something like that won't scare you? Maybe it's worst. It's going to be your worst nightmare.

I am currently looking at reflection in front of the mirror. All I see is a redhead girl with pale face on. I have been looking at myself for the fifteen minutes and I still can't get over it. I take a deep sigh, splash my face with cold water and dry it before I decide to go back. Jason will be worry or should I say going insane if I don't return now. I just really hope that he won't yell at me in front of lots of people.

"Where the hell have you been? You've gone for almost thirty minutes and you've got me really worry about you." Jason whisper-yells as soon as I tap his shoulder when I see him pacing around with shopping bags in both of his hand.

He drops the whole bags on the floor before pulls me for a tight hug. "I thought something bad was happening to you or that you plan on running away. And for the first time in my life, I actually feel scare that I might lose you." Jason says in my ears as he tightens the hug.

I smile and let my worry out of my mind for a moment before hug him back. "I'm alright. And I'm not planing on running away. I promise you that remember?" I whisper in his ear. I can feel he slowly nods on my shoulder. "Good." I pull back from the hug. "Let's go home alright. I'm tired." I tell him as I pick up the shopping bags that Jason drops a few moments back.

"I know something's wrong Emma." Jason suddenly says without tearing his gaze off the road, and that really shocks me.

"W-What are you talking about?" I ask back, trying not to sound nervous, but of course it fails miserably.

"Please don't lie to me Emma. I've known you for years and I definitely know something's wrong." Jason speaks. It's a few minutes of silence before he realizes what he just said. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to creep you out when I said I've known you for years." He quickly adds.

I slightly chuckle, with creepiness inside of me. "It's alright. I'm getting to use it." I lie and pretend it's not a huge deal.

"Alright, back to the topic we talked earlier. What happened?" Jason asks again.

I take a deep sigh. "Can we talk about it when we got home? I think it's better to talk about it when you're not driving." I suggest.

Jason sighs. "Alright fine. But promise me you'll tell me as soon as we got home alright? Promise me."

"I promise."

Jason McCann

"We're home." I yell as soon as we enter the house. I don't even bother to hear their reply cause I quickly grab Emma's wrist and rush to our room.

"Alright. We're at home now. Are you going to tell me now?" I order. Emma nods and sits on the bed which I follow and sit next to her.

"Well, when I was going to the restroom I saw some creepy men in black outfit standing in front of girls' restroom. I tried to ignore them and quickly walked into the bathroom. But one of those creepy man blocked my way and started saying things that creep me out." Emma tells me. I can see through her eyes that she's scare. I move closer to her and pull her closer into my arms, trying to calm her down.

"What has that creepy man said?" I ask her as calm as I could. I don't want to scare her even more. Trust me, I'm about to lose my temper.

"He said that you don't know how to protect me in the right way and let me went alone to the restroom. Then he said that a few hours back he's not sure how to get me but after he saw me walked alone to the restroom he said he's pretty sure how it's going to be easy to kidnap me." She pauses. I can see tears running down her cheek. I wipe her tears with my thumb and keep mumbling soothing words. It hurts me to see her like this, but I need to know more what he said to her.

"What did he say after that?" I ask her. I promise when I see him I'm going to kill him.

"He said that you can't protect me right and if one of us did one bad move, I'm going to be his." Emma finishes and starts crying in my arms. "Jason, I'm scared. I don't want to be with those creepy men." She cries more.

"Shh.. It's alright. I promise I won't let any of those creepy men coming closer to you. I'll protect you. All I need right now is that you to trust me okay?" I assure her and I can feel she nods slowly but keep on crying.

I slowly pull away and wipe the tears gently off her face. "Alright. Stop crying now and let's just watch movies and eat ice-cream okay? I promise everything is going to be alright." She nods and fakes a smile. "You can stay here and choose some movies while I grab ice-creams and snacks for us."

I walk out from our room and walk toward the kitchen. I still can't believe someone dares to threaten Emma. I swear I'm going to find out who had threatened my girl and make them pay for it. I swear on my own grave if they ever touch Emma, even only a strand of her hair, I'll directly kill him slowly and painfully. I promise.
