"HEY GUYS!" I shouted as I walked into the guild. Everyone turned to look at me."I have an announcement." I paused before continuing, "Today is Luce's birthday. But get this - she has never received a birthday present." People gasped, but in the corner of my eye, I could see a light bulb practically flash over her head.
"Attention Fairy Tail! Today we host a competition," said Mira. "Who ever get's Lucy the best present will receive a prize!"
My eyes lit up. I was ready for this. Lucy is my best friend. I was going to win. "I'm all fired up now!"
"EEEK!" screamed Juvia next to me.
"Hey watch it Flame-brain! You almost ruined Juvia's hair!"
"Grey Sama cares about Juvia's hair. Gray Sama must love Juvia," Juvia rambled.
"Oi! Who are you calling Flame-brain, Popsicle."
"Now yo-"
"Hold up Popsicle. Let's do this later. I have to go get Luce her birthday present."
"Ooh, you like her!" cooed Happy flying above me.
