Christopher
Tapping my finger on the dinner table at Ruth Chris, impatiently waiting for Karrueche to show up. I had to talk to her about Carlee.
Things shouldn't have gotten this far between us and I don't know what I'm going to do if Carlee finds out about this.
I pulled my phone out to get ready to call her but before I could she came rushing through the door and over to me. She kissed my cheek before sitting down.
"I'm sorry I'm late." She said.
"It's cool."
"So what is this? Finally an official date?"
"Uhhh, I actually brought you here to talk about something."
"What's up?"
"I've been thinking and maybe bringing you into my life again was a mistake."
"Excuse me?"
"Karrueche you never truly loved me. It was always about my money and I'm sure you haven't changed. I shouldn't have let things get this far."
"I can't believe your doing this to me again."
"I had something good and I'm not about to let it pass me by."
"So that bitch with the drinking problem must be back."
I didn't say anything.
"What did you waste my time for if you knew you still wanted to be with her?" She asked.
"Me and you should've been a one time thing. Kae you've only been concerned about my pockets and I know much hasn't changed and you're crazy if you think I believe it has. I still got love for you and I care about you but I don't want to be with you. I'm sorry."
Tears filled her eyes.
"Don't cry." I grabbed her hand. "Please."
"I'm so sick and tired of being called a gold digger. I love you with everything in me Chris. I'm not worried about your money. When someone gives you everything you ask for and things you don't it's kind of hard to shake that. Trust me it's a matter of time before your precious Carlee becomes just like me."
"I don't think she will."
"So you're done with me?"
"Like I said before, things shouldn't have got this far."
"I hope you rot in hell Christopher."
"Ill meet you there."
She tossed her napkin at me and got up and stormed out.
I took a deep breath and sat back while rubbing my head.
Now that she's out the way I gotta figure out how Ima fix shit with Carlee stubborn ass.
Carlee
I stood at the front desk talking to Tracey about my boring ass weekend and I was waiting on the COO of Comerica to show up. This company must really like Chris because it seems like they've been up here every week.
