Alright now here's some drama cause it seem like everybody disappeared 😒

3 Weeks Later
I sat on the floor in front Carlee, holding Junior while she played in my hair. Junior just glanced around the room while chewing on his fingers. We try to keep him up during the day because if not we'll be up all night and all he does is lay there and stare at us.
Things aren't all the way perfect with Carlee and I. We have our good days and we have our bad ones but we try to push our problems aside to focus on Junior.
"Chris can you hold this big head of yours still?"
"I'm tryna play with my son."
"And I'm trying to give you some crispy ass braids!"
"Man you asked me to play in my hair not the other way around."
"I'm bored so this is my only option."
"Maybe we should get out the house today. Isn't your dad throwing Leslie a BBQ for her birthday?"
"Yeah but I'm not sure if I'm ready for everybody to be in CJ's face. We should wait, I'm stingy with my baby right now."
"You sure that's the reason?"
"What else would be the reason?"
"I know your dad has been thinking about marrying Leslie."
"I'm not worried about that."
"Carlee don't lie."
"I'm not lying, he can marry her if he wants, I'm fine with that."
"Well then let's go to this BBQ. I could use a few ribs."
"But you don't eat pork."
"They sell beef ones."
"You don't eat red meat."
"Carlee."
"Do we have to go? If he propose I'm sure my brother or sister will let me know."
"I wish you would just be honest. Yes you and Leslie have a better relationship but you're still not ready for your dad to make that big step."
"I can't stop him though. That's going to be a big pill to swallow for me but if he wants to marry her, he'll have my support. My mom has just been on my mind a lot lately. I'm just not sure if I want to see that happen."
"I think you should get out the house but I can't force you."
"Have you checked on your mom?" She asked.
I shook my head no.
"Okay so how can you give me a lecture on Leslie when you haven't even checked on your mother?"
"Look at what the hell my mom did Carlee?! You have no reason not to like Leslie."
"I never said I didn't like her! Me and Leslie are perfectly fine."
