To the DEAREST INTRUDER

What happened

Darius P.O.V

Jade walks in and sits on the bed, she looks around the room as if something is out of place. Amber hid under the bed.

"Is something wrong?" She asked.

"No, nothing wrong, why you ask?"

"You look nervous," she looks at me with a question.

She looks at the closet and hears a sneeze, she goes to the closet and opens it. Amber is still hiding under the bed, while Jade walks away to check out the sitting area of the bedroom, I whisper in Amber's ear, don't move til I get her in the bathroom.

Jade turned around and looked at me, she saw me pop my head from under the bed, so she goes to check, but before then I took her hand and pulled her into a deep embrace. I signaled Amber to leave the room.

Jade turned around and almost caught Amber leaving, she turned just as when Amber leaped into the hallway.

Jade P.O.V.

Something is going on in my house and I want to know what. I trust Darius, but Amber did lie and say she didn't like him when in fact she did all along. I wonder.......

A while later.........................
Darius is watching T.V. Amber is baking a cake and I'm in the bedroom reading a book by Lysdney Sands, One Lucky Vampire, it's really good. I look for a book marker to put in my book when I open my night table drawer and find a hair bow that I gave Amber before she left for Taipei.

I think to myself for a bit.........but then I realize that she must have dropped it somewhere and Darius must have picked it up so it wouldn't get lost.

That night I went to sleep wondering why would her bow be in here, but then sleep overpowered  me and took over.

The next day Darius went to work and Amber was going to the market, while I was going in for the checkup with the doctor.............

"Mrs. Brandon the doctor will see you now," says the nurse. I enter into room and go in, the doctor looks me over and take my vitals, he says I'm good to go and he leads me to the ultrasound room. The sound of the heartbeat of the baby filled the room, I was so excited when I heard my babys heartbeat, then the doctor wondered why my husband wasn't there.

"Darius is at work, he has a very important meeting today and I don't want him to miss it. He just got a promotion at work and is the next in line for the C.E.O. position." I rambled off.

"Jade," the doctor took my hand and said, "I'm saying this because I don't want to see you struggle. I've seen plenty of my patients who come in for their appointment without their husbands and the wives just making up excuses. The next time I see you, your husband should be here."

I thank the doctor and leave........what the doctor said is right I need him here, I didn't make this baby on my own.

I hope in my car and leave out of the lot and head out to his job, but on the way I stop to eat. Man, I'm hungry, today's stop is Chipotle, yummm.....................

Isn't that Darius, I say to myself, he walking down the strip mall and into the jewelry store. I hurry and finish, but not too fast I don't wanna choke. A few minutes later he comes out with the ring and walks towards the park across the street.

He holds up his arms and waves the ring box and I walk out of Chipotle and walk towards him, I can't see who he's waving at, but I bet it's his side piece.

I walk closer to him, and call out to him

Jade: Darius

And he turns to look and then a strange man in a mask comes

Stranger: Give me the ring, give me the ring or I shoot.

The next thing I know, both of them are struggling to get the ring and then......

BANG.....BANG.......

Amber's P.O.V

At that moment it seemed as if time standstill I didn't know what to do I didn't know what to say, but I saw amber so I just ran, I ran home and never look back. I wondered if she see me I wondered if she see what was in the box that he was holding, if she did I'm sorry but Darius was being rude and self, he never liked you. It was always me, couldn't she understand that he was mine and mine only, she had no right to marry him. Sure I left him, but I didn't really think that she would marry him and now he's got shot and might be dead. We were planning on getting married after he divorce his wife, he was still going to be a good dad just not married to the mother of his child.

Darius P.O.V.

I can't believe it I just been shot wants in the leg and in the back of my head, I should be dead but I'm not. The doctors rush we into the operating room, Jade is by my side the whole time. I wonder where is Amber why isn't she with me, if she said she loves me then why isn't she with me. Could it be because she still afraid of Jade finding out about us, I was going to give Jade the divorce papers tonight and tell her I couldn't do this anymore.

After six hours, I wake up and everything is spinning. There are two ladies by my side and both are crying.

Amber: are you alright?
Jade: honey, I was so worried, thank God you're alright.

Darius: who are you ladies, please don't touch me.

Ok guys this is where we say bye to Darius P.O.V for a bit, since he lost his memory. Let me know what you think of the story so far, whether it be good or bad feedback  I accept all. I know you are reading it, but I want your honest opinion I won't get hurt and I know there's a few spelling errors. Just because I sometimes switch from my computer to my tablet, so for all you grammar gurus I'm sorry but I'll try to be more conscious of it from now on.
