To the DEAREST INTRUDER

What matters

Ok guys so I realize people may or may not be able to understand who is talking so I'm going to start using " around who is talking  or when they talk. Oh guys start reading my other books I'm currently working on, Ice Queen, and Vampire Queen. I had fun coming up with the ideas and even more fun writing them. Once again, comments are welcomed. 

Guys this is a short chapter so bout that, but the chapters will get longer down the road.

I wake up, not knowing where I am or how I got here. My life was perfect, I was going to marry the man of my dreams. Sure, I hurt my best friend in the process, but she should have known that I had my eye on him first. Now I'm not getting married anymore, Darius broke it off with me, says he loves his wife, ex-wife, still. Still shes not getting him back, I lose him once.......okay maybe twice now, but he wont leave me a third time. 

"Amber"

I hear my name being called as the person enters the room.

"Amber, its Jade" She walks towards me. "Why on earth would you try something so stupid? You realize all of us were so worried when Darius called us and said you had disappeared?"

I began to sit up. "Darius was worried about me?"

"Yes, he thought he angered you in someway, and when I called him saying you were on a bridge about to jump, he nearly beat himself over it." She glanced at an empty chair next to my bed and sat in it.

"If he is so worried, why isn't he here?" I asked growing angry. 

"He just left to go grab something to eat and some soup for you" I looked at her with confusion. 

"He's been here everyday since you were brought here, I can't believe you haven't noticed"

Meanwhile at Victoria's house

Victoria: {On the phone} "Yes........Zi........Pearl, she's sleeping...............where's Amber...........Oh ok................well take your time, I got things covered here, don't worry.........you two have fun ok........bye son." {Hangs up the phone}

Unknown voice: "Was that your son?" She nods. "How cute" ....................... He presses a knife against her neck and then tosses her some car keys. "Now grab the baby and let's go, we're going for a drive"

"Zi, where are you taking me?" My girlfriend asked me while panting. "Its a surprise, but don't worry you will love it" 

For those who don't know this, Jade and I've been dating for a few weeks now, after her divorcee with Darius went through. We both figured that we started to have feelings for each other, s we started dating. We haven't had sex yet, but I don't care about that, I just love having her around. I'm about to take Jade to the park, but its going to be special tonight. 

"Zi, I would like to see where we're going if you don't mind" She said while wearing the blindfold and me pulling her hand. 

"We're here" I untie the blindfold and she is not impressed until........... As we walk the lights come on, one by one. She then sees a figure of lights and its a reindeer with a little red button nose and little children lit up the walkway to the carousal and then she turned around to see me on one knee. 

"Zi, what are you doing" She said in a joking voice.

"Jade I promise to make you happy and well after your marriage, you deserve someone who will love you as much as you love them. I'm not asking you to marry me, but I promise you, if you take this promise ring, I can guarantee that I will love you to the fullest." She held out her hand. 

So I'm guessing this is a yes? 

"Yes Zi" 

Just then my phone rang, I pressed ignore, but then Jade's phone rang and she answered while sitting on my knee to kiss me passionately.

She stopped and dropped her phone, she looked pale as a ghost. I asked her what's up and she turns to me, grabs my hand. 

"We need to go, your Mother and Pearl have been kidnapped!!"
