•The next morning (European time) •

"Get up Deeks!" Kensi sook him softly.

"Hi Fern" Deeks grinned when he opened his eyes and saw Kensi. She was already dressed in her ski clothes. Deeks changed his clothes and they went downstairs for breakfast and headed up to the ski piste. They were skiing the whole morning and at 1 pm they sat in a Restaurant on the ski Piste. "Hängit Iähr gäru scho eppis bstellt?" the waitress asked. Both looked really confused and Deeks said "I'm sorry but the only german word I know is "Bier" and "Lederhose" and I didn't hear any of it in your sentence so I didn't understand anything" The waitress laughed "Oh I'm sorry" she smiled at him and he smiled back. Deeks noticed Kensi's jealous look but he kind of enjoyed making her jealous. While they were smiling at each other, Kensi interrupted the "Yes, we're ready to order. I take the "Kasefundu" and my partner, sorry, my friend takes the Kasespezle" she tried to pronounce the words. The waitress laughed again and said "Yes ok, it'll take a few minutes, anything to drink?" "For me a Coke and a water for him." Kensi told her and when the waitress was gone Deeks said "Kens! I didn't tell you I want water!" "It's better for you, believe me" Kensi answered with a mischivous smile and for the rest of the day they went skiing.

The next days passed really fast and it was the 24th!

Deeks POV

Kensi and I were sitting on our beds and were staring holes in the air. "Kens, are you ok?" "Yeah, I'm good." She said but didn't look me in the eyes. "You're good?" she asked me. "Actually...it's hard...it's Christmas eve and all happy families are sitting at home and having dinner. I kind of miss this feeling of being a little boy, who is really excited for the presents, who goes to church on Christmas. Building snowmen outside..." "...throwing snowballs at each other...." she continued my sentence. "What about going outside and having fun in the snow, Fern?" I asked her. She grinned and nodded. We changed into our outdoor Snow clothes and went in the backyard of our Hotel. Before I could say anything I had a snowball in my face.
