Taehyung - Regret

~I don't want to know I'm taking you home I'm loving you so~

'Regret' was the only thing Kim Taehyung could think of for years after he cheated on his ex girlfriend. He utterly felt depressed and horrible after his break up with Kiyoko. He still has the vivid scene playing over and over.

Flashback

Taehyung had way to many drinks and started making out with Kiyoko's own sister. Things got heated up so she drove him to his house that he shared with his girlfriend of 3 years, Kiyoko.

They were on the couch having a steamy kissing session. Kiyoko's sister was on top him trying to remove his shirt. After removing his shirt she started undoing the buttons of her slutty looking blouse. While she was still kissing Taehyung and almost done removing her shirt the door opened revealing a shocked Kiyoko standing in the doorway with box in her hand.

She dropped it and ran out. Tae pushed Kiyoko's sister off him and ran after her while shirtless in the cold snowy night. "Kiyoko I can explain! " She stopped in her steps and turned around to face him. "Then explain why you were having a heated session with my own sister?!" He was at lost of words because he honestly had no reason to explain. "You know what I'm done with you have fun with my sister!" Kiyoko was in tears and threw the promise ring Taehyung gave her during their 2nd year anniversary. She ran into her car and drove off while Taehyung stood there in shocked of what he had just done and how he lost the most important thing of his life. He went back inside of their shared house and kicked Kiyoko's sister out. He looked at the box Kiyoko dropped and opened it to see a cake with the words 'Happy 4th Anniversary Tae' written on it. Taehyung broken down in tears as he forgot their anniversary. He felt like the world's biggest loser.

Flashback end

Taehyung entered the bar and saw a very familiar figure in the corner talking to some guy. He felt a sting in his heart watching as the love of life talking to other guys and probably moved on. He sat close to them while drinking a soda since he didn't want to get drunk. He heard their conversation and a sad smile appeared on his face.

Conversation
-so why is a pretty woman doing here all alone
-just drinking away all my sorrows
-why would you be sad you are to pretty for that
-thanks and because I still can't get over my ex... it's been 2 years since we last talked and I feel so heart broken from it... do you know how much I loved him?
-sorry to hear that but maybe it's for the better ... you should get home... you drank to much
-it's okay you go home
-you sure?... I can bring you home
-it's okay
-okay bye

The guy Kiyoko was with left her alone. She sat their slowly falling asleep. Taehyung kept an eye on her until she fell fully asleep. He paid for all her drinks and carried her bridal style to his car. On the way back to his once shared home with Kiyoko he kept glancing over to Kiyoko admiring the thing he lost because of his stupidity.

He arrived home and set her on their once shared bed and undressed her and put on her pajamas since she looked uncomfortable and she never came back to collect all her clothes after their break up. Taehyung then got in bed with her wrapping his arms around her waist noticing how much more skinny she was than we they were dating. Even though she was skinny before now she's even more skinny. 'Did she not eat well over the years?' Taehyung asked himself.

He cherish this little moment with her as it might be his last. He pecked her on the forehead and whispered into her ear.
"I know you can't hear me but I'm deeply sorry and stupid... I would give you all just to have you back in my arms everyday."  He fell asleep holding Kiyoko in his arms.

Next day

Kiyoko woke up to the old familiar room. She looked to her side to see no one in bed. She noticed how her clothes were changed and got out of bed in a hurry. She ran downstairs toward the door trying to leave.
"Kiyoko wait!" Taehyung called out as he came out of the kitchen. She ignored him and ran outside but Taehyung grabbed her wrist stopped her from leaving him. She turned back and saw the face she hated, missed, and loved.
