Jungkook - Temporary Love

It's always the same in life. You fall deep in love but a little to deep. It's all just a trap. The trap pulls you in and you try to escape but it always hurts once you finally escape. It's all just temporary but the scars always last. Sometimes I pity people who have fallen in love. I see those beautiful couples walk by hand in hand laughing and having the best time of their life, sadly I know that will all be temporary because it's all just a trap.

I was walking to my house because I just got back from a local grocery store because I need my milk. As I was walking back I noticed a shadow behind me that was not mine. I turned around and saw Jungkook my ex best friend.

"Why are you following me?" I asked coldly.

"I just wanted to say-"

"You don't need to say anything now bye." I started my route back to my house.

I took the long route to my house since it was a nice day outside. I was coming closer to my house when I noticed a figure sitting on my doorstep. I approached my house faster and threw away my empty milk carton in a recycling bin. I ran to my doorstep and noticed it was Jungkook. I poked his shoulder since he was asleep. He didn't wake up.

"Uhhh why did you fall asleep on my doorstep?" I opened my door and dragged him inside and pulled him onto my couch.

"Gezz how much do you weigh?"

I sat down next to him and recalled why he wasn't my best friend anymore.

Flashback

"Hey Jungkook I have something I want to tell you."

"Yeah what is it?" He said regularly.

I shuffled a little next to him.

"I um... I like you more than a friend I actually love you."

I looked at him to see him shrugging it off.

"Do you have anything to say?" I asked.

"Well I can't express that back to you." He said in a cold tone and got up and left me under the blossom tree all alone crying.

I never knew loving someone would hurt that much. The next day I went to see if Jungkook was waiting for me to go to school. He was nowhere to be found. When I arrived in school my other good friend ran up to me and told me Jungkook moved schools. My heart was in so much pain. How could one day we be best friends then the next we are strangers. It hurt to much I hated it. It was all just a trap. I fell to deep in love with him and now he's gone.

Flashback end

A few tears drops already fell down. I turned around and headed to my room. I laid down on the bed and drifted off into dreamland until I felt something shifting in bed and arms wrapped around me.

"J-jungkook?"

"Shhh let's just stay like this." I nodded and fell asleep feeling safe and comfortable in his arms.

Next Morning

I woke up to Jungkook's arms wrapped around my waist. I gently and quietly removed his warm hand off of me and headed to the kitchen. I prepared his favorite food for breakfast which is pancakes. I was flipping the pancake over while I felt someone back hug me and their head on my shoulder.

"J-jungkook what are you d-doing?"

He didn't answer me but turned me around and kissed me on the lips. I immediately pushed him away.

"Why did you do that!"

"Because I love you."

"I'm sorry I thought you said you couldn't return the same feelings back and then you left me."

"Please listen to me."

"Okay but make it fast I'm hungry."

"I have always loved you but I couldn't because I was set up in an arrange marriage and I didn't want you to fall in love with me  because that would have ruined everything because I would have to let you go but I realised my mistake and I get married tomorrow so please let me love you just for this one day."

"So in any other words... temporary love?"

He nodded.

"Since all love is temporary..sure."

With saying that he kissed me again which I gave into. After we broke away for air we stared into each other's dark orbs for about a minute.

After breakfast we went on a walk the beach hand in hand.

"Hey let's sit down on the bench babe."

"Okay Kookie."

We sat on the bench and watched the sunset. I felt sleepy and laid my head on his shoulder while he wrapped his arm around me.

"You know that I really love you and I'm sorry."
