Taylor groaned, "God, you were such a pain in the ass, even then!"
I laughed, "Hey now, you're the one that agreed to hang out with me!"
"Well, we all make mistakes."
"Wow, nice one."
He smirked at me as the moonlight caught in his eyes, "I try."
Rolling my eyes, I turned towards the window letting my gaze drift over the scenery. The night had draped a velvet blanket across the planes but deep over the horizon a purple twinge was growing. We had to have been out for hours at this point, reminiscing over old stories and the night was slowly fading away.
I glanced at Taylor and bit my tongue before I couldn't hold it in any longer, "Come on Taylor..." I trailed off, trying to grip at the situation.
He sighed deeply, "Please, Savannah, just drop it?"
I paused, he never used my full name, not sense he called me his god forsaken dumb nickname. That's when I knew it was serious, that this was something bigger than me,
"Remember when you called me Sav for the first time?"
He peeked above the hoods of his eyelids and a slow smile spread across his lips, "It was the same night..."
