My fingers slid through the silky fabrics as Anna rifled through racks of dresses. She took her own sweet time pulling out brightly colored pieces and handing me a fair share of choices,
"Anna, there's no way I can try these all on."
"Of course there is! You have to look your best!" Anna quickly negated me. She swiped through item after as colors flew by in a frenzy. Sometimes she would pause, lift a dress off the hanger, make a, hmph noise, and then put it right back.
I was beyond my limit.
With one last piled dress, Anna led me towards the dressing rooms and pushed me inside before slamming the door shut. Sighing, I took in the mass of clothing that had been handed to me. With no strength to argue, I quickly stripped and tugged on the first deep blue colored dress. It was ruffled up the side with a crazy plunge line,
"Anna, what the hell is this?" I called through the door.
I could hear her giggle, "just options."
Rolling my eyes, I continued to try on the rest of the pile until I had come to a soft yellow sun dress. It had just enough color to be off set from white and it gave off a flirty vibe as I ran my fingers over it. I tugged it on and was surprised to say the least. The dress fell before my knee without overly clinging to my body. It fit perfectly and as I watched myself in the mirror, I began to smile. My blonde hair looked more golden and glossy as the dress popped against my tanned skin,
"Did you find one?"
I bit my lip, "Yah, I think I did.
"Thank god, you're taking forever."
"Anna, you gave me like 30 dresses!" I scoffed.
"Details."
