Anger

Depression sometimes can cause anger, and sometimes people don't really have anger when they're mentally ill. There is a total difference between Mad/Holding a grudge to Terrorist Attack Threats/Depression With Anger. Because you don't know what your saying.

When your mad or even holding a grudge, you may or may not say things you regret saying and then make up. Which is normal.

But when your depressed and have all your feelings bottled up you start attacking people. Whether it's physically, or verbically. It's still much worse, some go as in far as killing, getting into actual fights and much more. But yet, you won't have a any hint of remorse after doing so. You'd actually feel as if they deserve it or sometimes just don't really feel anything. Just the same.

Being mad at someone you may say jokingly or just with rage in your body saying "I will kill you" but you really don't mean it. Now, when you're depressed and angry you'll make maybe the same threat but add details, as in you would tell the person how exactly you'll harm them. To make sure they fear you and knows who's in charge. Kind of like your typical bully.

And sometimes, it doesn't even matter what sex the person is, you would think females just slap and push? Not exactly. You'll be the bowling ball while everyone around is the pins. You think a male is just going to punch? Nope. They'll go full on brutal fight. Something like if you're in prison or when you're at the bad part of town? Something like that, basically maybe similar to an UFC fighting.

But it just also, once again depends on the person. You can have a person that's suffering with mental illness and anger mixed in but they won't do a thing-which as I might say is terrible, trust me. Been there, done that.

Then you can have another person with either the same or different mental illness but they are more aggressive.
