Kellin's POV
I sighed as I moved out of my bed. I did not want to go to school today. I didn't sleep at all last night. I tried. I really did. The last week had been so blissful and sleep filled. I had wondered when my old habits would comeback into play. I took a quick shower and threw on a random t-shirt and some sweats. I pulled a beanie over my head, there was no way on this earth I was going to fix my hair at the moment. I laid back down on my bed and waited for Vic to text me that he was here.

I got the text a few minutes later and snatched my bag off the floor. I said a quick bye to my mom and then went out the front door. I got into Vic's car and threw my bag into the back.
"Hey beautiful." He said.
"Hi." I said with a lazy smile on my face.
"You okay?" He asked concerned.
"I didn't sleep."
"Babe that's not good. You wanna skip today? You look like you'll fall asleep at any given moment."
"Nahh. I'll be fine." I assured him and he just looked at me before nodding and pulling out of my driveway.

Sooner rather than later we pulled up to the school. I grabbed my bag and noticed a brightly tye-dyed hoodie.
"Is this yours?" I asked Vic.
"Yea." I grabbed it and then got out of the car to shrug it on. It was warm and smelt like Vic. "I'm keeping this." I said.
"It's my favorite!" He whined.
"To bad." I said and he laughed before slinging an arm around my shoulder and leading us up to the school. We were walking to his locker when we were stopped by Jaime.

"What do you want?" Vic growled.
"I wanted to say I'm sorry. I shouldn't have done what I did and I'm sorry. Vic your my friend and I don't want to loose that." He smiled a little in Vic's direction. Then he turned to me. "Kellin I'm sorry."
"Listen Jaime we don't really want to hea-"
"It's okay. No problem." I said and Vic looked at me shocked. "I accept your apology." They both just stared at me.
"Kellin what?"
"Vic you don't need to loose a friend over something as stupid as what Jaime did. He was mad it's whatever. I forgave him."
"See Vic. We're cool." Jaime said smugly.
"Yea he may forgive you but I'm not. Don't touch my boyfriend." And with that Vic grabbed my hand and we went the rest of the way to his locker.

"Vic it's really okay."
"No it's not Kellin. He hurt you." He ran a finger over a bruise on my face. Then he kissed my busted lip softly and I hugged him. It kinda made my heart do a little jump that he actually seemed to care so much for me. I hugged him tighter and eventually he let go to gather his things, but he still kept one arm around me. We stood outside of my classroom, both our bags rested against the wall and our hands were intertwined.

"Will you go on a date with me this Saturday?" He said suddenly breaking the comfortable silence.
"Yea. I mean as long as it's okay with my other boyfriends." I said and flipped my hair.
"Other boyfriends? I better be the best." He said wrapping his arms around my waist and pulling me close. I put a hand to my chin. Pretending to think about it.
"Hmmm. I don't kn-" I was cut off by his lips as he kissed me.
"Jealous of imaginary boyfriends?" I said once he pulled away.
"Shush." He said and pecked the end of my nose.
"Your too cute." I said with a small giggle.
"No I'm hot or sexy either one works."
"Nahh cute." I said as the bell rang. I gave him one last kiss on the cheek and he left me to go to class.

The day went by slowly and I felt worse as the day kept going. My eyes were droopy and my head was killing me. It hadn't been this bad in a while. Finally lunch came around. I was at my locker putting my stuff away when a pair of arms latched  around me.
"Hey babe." I smiled it was Vic.
"Hi." I said turning towards him. I pulled him closer and rested my head on his shoulder. He was warm and the scent of his cologne comforted me. I closed my eyes and let the moment just drag on.

"Kells, come on let's go to lunch." He said pulling away and brushing my hair behind my ear. We walked hand in hand to the cafeteria and got our trays. We headed outside and I went over to my usual seat with Oli, not thinking twice about it.
"Kellin did you sleep?" Was the first thing he asked and scooted closer to me under the tree. I shook my head no and reached for a fry on my tray. I looked up to see Vic looking between me and his group of friends. I waved him over to his friends and he looked at me unsure before going over to them. I didn't have a problem with it. I had him all day so it was only fair for them to get a chance to hang out with him now right?

I ate a few more bites of my food before setting it beside of me and rubbing my eyes.
"Love we've still got thirty minutes, how about you take a nap?" I thought about it for a minute before curling in on myself and resting my head on Olis shoulder.
"I'll wake up up in time to go get your things for next block." I nodded gratefully at him and closed my eyes.
