31.)Keeping Secrets

Kellin's POV
I watched as Vic opened he door and yell.
"Vic!" I screamed even though I knew he already could see what was going on. He dragged Justin off of me and from there it was a bloody mess.

Vic had slammed him up against my bedroom wall and landed a punch that was sure to break Justin's nose. He kneed him in his balls then punched him to the ground.
"I don't know who the hell you think you are, but you WILL leave Kellin alone." Vic spat before continuing to punch Justin. Justin was begging for him to stop but it didn't seem like Vic had plans of stopping anytime soon.

"Vic?" I said and I'm an instant he was looking at me which gave Justin a chance to land a weak hit. Vic turned back around momentarily and hit Justin in the nose again this time knocking him unconscious.  Vic came over to me and and crouched in front of me.
"Hey baby are you okay?" He said and moved a shaky hand to push some hair behind my ear. I nodded my head and flung my arms around him.
"Thank you Vic." I whispered.

"What's goin- Oh my god, Justin!" My mom said coming into the room.
"What happened?" My dad demanded as Justin's Mom and my Mom crowded around him.
"Well Justin was trying to fucking take advantage of Kellin." Vic said and my dad looked to me. "Is that true?" I looked from my dad to Justin who was just now getting up from the floor with the help of our Mom's. Then I looked at Vic whose eyes were pleading with me to tell him. I looked back to my dad and nodded my head. In a split second Justin was back on the ground and it took Vic and Justin's dad to pull him off.

"If you ever come near my son again I'll kill you!" He yelled as Justin's mom dragged him out of the room. My mom came over to me and tried to hold me but I just shook my head. She nodded and just sat beside me on the bed. Dad was fuming and so was Vic but he had calmed down some and was trying to keep my dad from running out the door. Justin's dad ran a hand over his forehead and shook his head.
"I'm so sorry Kellin." He said and gave me an apologetic look. "Im really sorry, nothing can make up for this." He looked to my dad and just nodded his head and apologized.
"Just keep that fucking ass away." Was all my dad said and Justin's dad took that as his cue to leave.

Everyone in the room was silent and I wasn't going to make any move to talk. My mom was looking at me with sympathy and dad was staring at a wall. Vic's eyes never left mine and he was the one thing keeping me together at this point. His gaze was soft but I could also see the anger that was flowing through his body.

After what seemed like forever my Mom stood up.
"Kellin honey I'm going to make a report to the police."I jumped up and grabbed her arm.
"Please don't. It'll only make things worse." I pleaded and she stared at me not sure that to do. I felt a pair of arms go around my waist and then Vic spoke.
"Kellin it will end it all everything." He said to me and I glanced to everyone in the room. I would be rid of Justin and he would get what he deserved right? But then again I didn't want to be the reason someone got in trouble.

"O-okay." I said quietly and mom nodded before leaving the room.
"I'm proud of you." Vic whispered to me.
I leaned back into his arms and he held me tightly.
"Kellin," my dad said getting my attention.
"I'm sorry."
"Dad there's nothing you could have done." I told him.
"Your mother and I basically forced you to be around him..." he trailed off and looked on the verge of tears.
"Dad no." I said and got out of Vic's grasp to walk over to him.
"I'm so sorry." He said and wrapped me in a hug. I hugged him back and felt him kiss the top of my head. "I love you."
"I love you too dad." I said quietly. He pulled away and nodded at Vic before leaving.

I turned back around to him and he gave me a soft smile and walked over to me.
"Baby I will not let anything hurt you ever again. I know I said it before and trust me if I had of known anything about this it wouldn't have happened. You mean the world to me."
"It was no one's fault Vic."
"It was that asshole's fault." He grumbled.

"Can we just not talk about it?" I asked and he nodded.
"Anything for you. But I do have a question." He said as he led me over to the bean bag in the corner of my room. He sat down and pulled me on to his lap.
"Are you going to tell your parents about everything?" He said and rubbed his hands up and down my arms soothingly. I though a minute and shook my head.
"T-that's like my little secret, with a few exceptions," I said talking about him and Oli. "And I want to keep it that way."
