Chapter 31 - High school chaos

Ricky's P.O.V.

Yesterday me and Lauren left LA and flew to New York. The trip went good and we arrived at Lauren's house in Amityville at 8 pm. Her family was really nice to me and I got to stay in their guest room. Now it was Monday and Lauren had her first day of school so she left early in the morning. We had decided that I should go there a bit later so I spent my day watching some TV all alone in Lauren's house. As the clock was fifteen minutes past 1 pm I decided to head towards their school. I followed the instructs that Lauren had given me and took bus number 23 to the stop beside their school. As I got of I walked towards the building. I slowly pulled the door open and as soon as I stepped inside the whole hallway stopped what they were doing and stared at me. There was a whispers and then loads of girls came running towards me, yelling my name and that they love me. It was a bit chaotic and I got a bit ovewhelmed and surprised that they now knew who I was. All of a sudden a tall and skinny blonde girl pushed through the crowd of people and stopped infront of me.

"Hi Ricky" She said and played with her hair.

"Uhm, hi..." I said.

"You and me would make such a hot couple you know. I mean now that you're single and stuff." She said and winked.

"Okay... I'm actually here to get my girlfriend back." I said.

"You mean Landry? Oh come on, you can do so much better than her. Like she hated you and your band three months ago. Unlike her I've loved you since you were in the X-factor. Also she thinks you cheated on her so I don't think she'd ever want you back." She said.

"Yeah and one of the reasons I love her is because she was so much different from all other girls I've ever met. Everyone else including you just wants me because I'm famous but Landry didn't. She started to like me because of my personality and the normal boy inside of me. I would never be able to find anyone better than her and I'm going to success to win her back because I have proof of what actually happened at Starbucks with Chloe" I said.

"Hey I don't like you just because you're famous. I like you because you're really good at singing, you're so hot and...." She said.

"Leave him alone Nicole! He'll never date you and whether or not you like it he'll get back together with Landry today" Lauren said as she had walked over to us.

The girl who's name seems to be Nicole glared at Lauren before walking away. I looked over at Lauren.

"Thanks for saving me from her" I said and chuckled.

"You're welcome. I know how annoying she can be... Anyways what are you doing here so early? We said you'd come to when we end and now we have our last period left" She said.

"I know... I just got bored..." I said as I spotted Landry a bit away.

My heart stopped, there she was, the most beautiful girl in the whole world. She opened up her locker and a guy walked up to her. He tapped her shoulder which made her turn around. As soon as she saw him a huge smile spread on her lips. I watched her attacking him in a hug and I bit my lip. Has she already moved on?

"Ricky? Are you okay?" Lauren asked me.

"Yeah, but who's that guy? Is she already over me?" I said.

"No she's not over you, and that's Joseph or Joe as everyone calls him. You have nothing to worry about, they are only close friends. Although Joe has been crushing on her since freshman year but Landry has always friendzoned him. He's like a brother to her." She said and smiled.

"Thank god, should I walk over?" I said as I let out a big sigh.

"Yeah! Go!" She said.

"Okay..." I said and nodded.

I started to walk and somehow felt nervous. What if she won't want to talk with me or see the video. Oh well, I have to fight. I'm not letting her walk away from me ever again.

Ohh it's getting close to some Randry interactions again! Wonder how Landry will react when she sees Ricky, what do you guys think? Will she be happy or still mad?

Also I just want to throw in a little fun fact about me which I kinda just finds really awesome. So as you probably know Emery was born on December 28th 1997. Well he's only 3 days older than me since I'm born at December 31st 1997 😜 That makes me really happy! And yep, I'm born at New Year's Eve 🙈Special little kid here! When I was a little kid like a toddler I thought everyone fired the firworks for me because it's my birthday 😂 Anyways enough about me 😉 I hope you liked the chapter!
