Arianna's P.O.V

"He told you to do what"?? I was still shocked after Dominick came back and told us what Donovon wanted him to do

"I told you Ria" He sighed looking at the floor

"Oh no. No way. You are not doing his dirty work. For God sake he practically asked you to kill someone and in the end if things don't go his way then he told you to kill yourself, what the hell is wrong with the guy" I was full on shouting now .Fear was evidently reflecting in my behaviour. How is killing someone so easy for that guy.

"We are doomed" Benjamin raked his hand through his hair. He clearly looked frustrated. Anyone would be after all of this. I was feeling horrible being the reason for all of this mess

"Its not like that. He particularly didn't asked me to kill anyone. He just want some package delivered to someone a little less dangerous than him and well..." Dominick explained easily as if it was nothing

"Yeah and if it doesn't end well then you should kill the "Less Dangerous Guy" or kill yourself in the end. What the actual fuck Dominick. Are you even hearing yourself right now" Charles spoke through his teeth giving Dominick a hard glare

"We all knew this was going to happen. Besides I am not chickening out" Dominick avoided everyone's eyes while talking and I realized he was as much uncomfortable with all of this as we were

"How could you be so relaxed Dominick? Will you be able to live with yourself after killing someone? Face it Dominick, the guilt will eat you alive. Do you even realize what killing someone means .And the fact that you've never killed someone even in your past criminal life, this all will make you crazy .So fuckin chicken or not I suggest you back out now. Don't make this worse caring about your ego now. We all know you won't be able to forgive yourself for this forever. Besides you are not a killer. We all can protect Arianna on our own. Leave Donovon out of this" Claire spoke with the speed of a bullet and the tension started to give me a headache

"We can't leave him out of this,we involved him ,he didn't involved himself. What if things don't go wrong. And we can't protect Ria from Micheal, you know how psychotic he is and what if the package is delivered safe and sound then what"?? Dominick spoke again glaring at the floor and I sighed

"Yeah like that'll happen" Claire retorted back at him and I saw him clenching his teeth

"Dominick you are not doing this" My voice was firm and his tone matched mine when he replied

"I am doing this ,end of discussion. It won't come to killing someone else or myself I promise you all" With that he stood up leaving us all numb at our spots

He dropped me home that night and the whole way we both were so silent like we were mute. Not a word was exchanged between us. I was about to explode with fear, rage and helplessness

According to Donovon ,Dominick has to deliver the package within two days and it was freaking me out like crazy.

I got out of my thoughts when I saw an ambulance along with cops and paramedics at my house. Mom was sitting on the porch and someone was tending to her wounds. Her head was bleeding .I looked at the scene in horror and me and Dominick got out of the car like a bullet and ran towards her

I went to my mother as fast as I could and sat on the porch with her

"What happened mom? Are you ok. What's going on"? I grabbed her hand and she shook her head at me gently
