(Daughter of Poseidon in this one. F/N means first name, and M/N means middle name. Hope you guys like it!)
Y/n paced around the cabin, muttering words rapidly, "I have to finish high school. I want to stay at camp. I have to finish high school. I want to stay at camp. All my friends are at camp. But I need to finish my education." She sat on her bed and sighed. "Percy what do you think?" "It's up to you, personally I think you should finish high school." He said. "I think so too but, I'm going to the lake. Don't wait for me if I miss dinner okay?" Y/n said as she walked towards the lake. Sighing as she sat on the dock and swung her legs, pondering the same question she had for weeks. 'School or Camp, School or Camp' She thought. Getting a small pile of stones, she sent a few flying across the lake.
"Hey" a voice said, sitting down next to her and intertwining his hand with hers. Y/n lightly blushed, "Hey Leo." Leo took a stone from her pile and skipped it across the lake. "Nice. That went really far." She tried to put more enthusiasm in her comment. "What's wrong?" "What do you mean what's wrong?" "Y/n, when ever you are upset or trying to figure something out, you come to the lake." Y/n slightly smirked and laughed quietly, "Wow Leo, stalker much?" Leo sighed. "F/N M/N," Y/n flinched slightly when he used her middle name, "What's wrong?" "I'm turning 18 this year, which means it's about time for me to graduate from high school." She quieted on the last two words. "You have to leave camp?" Leo said softly, as if the words were a foreign language. This would be the first time that one of them would be out of camp in the months they've been a couple. "It will only be 10 months, I'll IM you and text everyday. And I get breaks during the year, It won't be too long." She was trying to reassure both of them. "When do you start?" "August 8th." "That's next week!" "But, I got to spend an entire summer with you, and it was one of the best summers ever." She smiled softly remembering. "I love you." He said softly, turning slightly so he could hold both of her hands. "I love you too." She held his hands tight, trying to commit this moment to memory, and trying to keep her heart from breaking.
