I wake up with my head aching.
Ugh, what happened last night?
I turn around and look down. I see Nate, sleeping and snoring lightly. And worst of all, he's naked. And so am I.
I realize I'm in my room. The sun is rising and breaking through the window, making my eyes hurt. I cover them and get up, trying not to wake up Nate. I find Nate's old T-shirt and dress in it, and I put on my underwear.
I go to the kitchen and pour myself a glass of water to feel better.
What the hell happened?
Were we...
Oh my God.
I covered my mouth in realization. If we really did it, did Nate use protection.
.?
My thoughts are cut by him entering the kitchen, wearing only boxers. I feel myself blush lightly.
- Hi... - he says, looking down.
- Hey... Um, nice night, right? - I try to break the awkwardness.
- Yeah... Listen. Did this... Mean anything to you? I know we were drunk and everything, but... - he says, stepping close to me and looking at me. His hair is disheveled and face looks tired.
I hug him tightly and feel his arms wrap around me a few seconds later.
- How do you think? I love you, Nate. Of course it meant a lot to me. I'm just sad that the "confession" had to be... Well... Like this. - I look at him and smile gently. He smiles as well and lifts my chin with his hand and kisses me. I kiss him back and we stand like this a few minutes, but unfortunately we are humans and we need air. Later, we get some breakfast and get dressed in our normal clothes.

Sorry again for not updating, but I lost my inspiration in this book a few months ago. I think that when I was wiring this chapter, I somehow regained it. I think that I'll be updating regularly, and I even have an ending in my head XD
