Chapter 3

When I felt down on my bed I took my phone and put my earphones in. I closed my eyes as the music started to calm me down.

20 minutes later I heard a knock on my door.

"Go away." I screamed to the door feeling my anger come back

"It's me, Mathias" I pulled my earphones out and walked to the door unlocking it before sitting down on my bed.

"What are you doing here?" I asked when he sat down next to me

"You forgot this is my car.. And I just went to the mall so I passed your house and thought I would just give it to you now" He said handing me my sketch book... Fuck.

I don't want anyone to see or read that, its terrible.. My drawings suck and the things I write in it are about him, his name is in it so many times and if he readed it I better dissapper forever.

"Why did you never tell?" He said looking down at his hands

"Tell you what?" let's play this safe maybe he only saw the first few drawings...

"everything, that you coud draw so good and...." He said looking at me really nervous ".. that you liked me?"

"I've been friendzoned too many times, I didn't see the point telling you..." I said finally looking at him

He didn't answer, instead he places one of his hands behind my neck. Before I could take in what was happening he pressed his lips against mine.

Just a second later I heard caughing at the door. He pulled away quickly, leaving me confused.

"Amy, mom wants you to come downstairs now" Megg said

"I can wait here, it's fine" He said kissing my cheek. I smiled and stood up walking over to Megg.

"Remember I can kill you easily" I wishpered to her as I walked past her. She smirked at me and walked over to him.

I quickly ran downstairs finding my mom and dad talking in the kitchen. I stopped before walking inside listening to what they were saying

"She has to get back on a horse back, it would do her good. The accident was 3 years ago, I think I gave her enough time. We both know I need her help more and more, but most of all, we both know she wants to go back, she's just too afraid.." My mom said to him

"But you can't force her.." He said back clearly disappointed in her

"It would be better for her. You know that, it would make her nightmares go away. They are killing her, we have to try it. It might help"

"Mom I'm standing right here and I'm moving soon anyway, you won't get me on a horse again" I said when I walked inside

"Amy, please atleast try once, you don't have to get on a horse. you can also do the ground work, work with the shets and other things around the stables. You know I will pay you and if I do you will be able to stay here right? You don't have to move to the other side of the world to do exactly the same as you could do here."

"Fine, one time. But non of your horses can do ground work, so I will leave anyway. The job they offered me is a great opportunity for me, you know that. Silver can't be replaced, I never saw another horse trusthing a human that much, but there they will let me do what I always wanted to do, show what you can do with a horse without a sadle, without all the stuff that hurts them. But I'll give it a chance" I said giving in, I know it's not fair to keep ignoring her offer and accepting one so far away

"Thank you" She said walking over to hug me.

"Now I'm going back because I left Megg alone with Mathias, poor boy..." I said laughing softly as I ran back upstairs. It was silent in the room so I waited next to the door for a while, I wanted to know about what they were talking.
