*15 minutes later; Clinic // Brendons POV*

I run into the clinic, as Damien walks slowly. I reach the front desk and accidentally slam my hands down, making the person sat there jump.

"Sir," She laughs. "You scared me." She puts her hand on her chest.

"Sorry." I chuckle.

"It's fine. Anyway, who's the appointment for?"

"Uh, Damien." I say looking around. "Damien Urie."

She nods. "Go to Room 4 as quickly as you can. Your sons 5 minutes late for his appointment."

I nod, and look around again for Damien. Luckily, he was sat down, playing on his phone. I walk over to him and tap his shoulder. He looks up.

"Come on Dame," I say quietly. "We need to go to your appointment." He doesn't move. "Now, Damien."

I hear a heavy sigh, before he stands up and walks to the row of rooms. He stops before turning around, "Uh Brendon?" He asks. "What room?"

I walk over to him, "Room 4." I say. I point in the opposite direction to where he was facing. "That one."

He knocks softly, before swinging the door open. And there he was, Damiens new.. Doctor?

"Hello Damien," The doctor said softly. "Come in, make yourself at home."

Damien nods, walking in, and I followed close behind.

*20 minutes into appointment*

"Ok, so," The doctor says. "Damien's allowed to start the male hormone in 6 months, but he needs hormone blockers until then."

"Wait, so I'll be on T for my 15th?" Damien asked, eyes sparkling.

"Ye- wait? 15th?" I ask, confused. He nods.

"Yeah, my birthdays in like a week. December 15th, actually." He says.

I nod slowly. Oh lord, what do I get him?

*End of appointment*

Damien ran outside, to the car, as I stood at the desk to book his next appointment. The person looks up at me, and smiles.

"Hey," I say. "Could I book another appointment for Damien Urie?"

She nods, and looks at the computer. "Would.." She pauses. "March 20th be okay?"

I nod. "That's fine."

I start to walk away, but she stops me, handing me a piece of paper.

"This is Damiens hormone blocker prescription for 3 months, it's a repeat, so you get it every 3 or so months." I nod, and continue my journey to the car. But when I get to the car, Damien's nowhere to be seen.

I hear a scream.
