Part two:
It was 6:30. I was so anxious. Everything had to go right tonight; if not I would have two hundred seniors wanting to kill me. I just stepped into my red strapless dress. It was long and I felt so good in it. "You look beautiful sweetie." My mom said as she snapped me out of my thoughts. I turned to look at her, "Thank you." She helped me put on my jewelry and then the doorbell rang. I started getting anxious all over again. "I'll go get it." My mom told me as she started to leave. I waited a few minutes before I started going downstairs. Why was I so nervous? It was just Marcel. That's when I saw him. He no longer wore glasses and his hair wasn't full of hair gel. He had a tuxedo on; he looked like a completely different person than he was when I saw him a few hours ago. He looked gorgeous. It made me stop for a second. Once I made it down the stairs he came up to me, "(y/n), you look absolutely stunning." I chuckled, "I could say the same about you, Marcel." My mom grabbed her camera and started taking pictures of us. Marcel put his arm around my waist and his touch sent tingles down my spine. "You guys look great." My mom told us. "Thank you ma'am. (Y/n) and I should be going. We have reservations." Marcel said as he lead me out of the door. Outside was a stretch limo. I looked at him in disbelief. He smirked and opened the door for me. Once we were both inside and the driver drove away from my house, I turned to Marcel, "Care to explain all of this?" I waved my hands toward him and the limo. "My dad is best friends with the man that owns the limo company. And I got a little makeover because I wanted you to have a good time and I didn't want you to be embarrassed." He explained. "Marcel, I would never be embarrassed to be going to prom with you. To be honest, I wouldn't want to be going with anyone else but you." I told him. He started blushing again and it was adorable. "I'm glad to hear that, (y/n)."
