Busted

"Chester?" Chester's father, Brandon asked on the other side of the line.
"Hey dad." Chester said.
"Why do you call me again? I want you to come back home now." Brandon said stern
"I know, but I won't" Chester said, trying to sound confident.
"Why not?"
"I won't come back until mom has changed, when she has stopped drinking."
"Did something happen last week?"
"Yes.... I tried to clean up a little bit and threw her bottles of booze away, she got mad at me and hit me with a bottle."
"My god, Chess, I didn't know. Why didn't you call me?" Brandon asked, a little worried now.
"I didn't want to interrupt you, you said you had to do important business and I..... I was a little scared."
"I know I said that but you are more important to me than a business deal."
"I'm sorry..."
"It's okay, but you should always call me when something happens."
"I will...."
"Where are you now?"
"I'm staying at my g- at a friend."
"Okay... I'll talk to your mother and try the best I can. I understand you left for a while. Are they okay with you staying?"
"Yes, it's okay, though I don't want to stay too long."
"okay... how about you come home the day after tomorrow and we'll see how it goes, okay?"
"Okay, and if something goes wrong while you are away?"
"Call me and I'll help you find a place where you can stay if you don't want to be home for a while."
"Okay, sound good to me."
"Okay, I'll see you Tuesday." Brandon said.
"Yeah, bye dad." Chester said.
"Bye." Brandin said and hung up. Chester put his phone down and went to Emily.
"So what did he say?"
"That he understands and I'll go home he day after tomorrow, if that's okay for you of course."
"Of course, I don't mind having you here."
Chester smiled at her. "So what shall we do?"
Emily didn't answer yet because the bell rang. "we will open the door." she then said with a little chuckle. Emily walked to the door and opened it, then smiled at the person at the door.
"Alex!" She said happy and hugged her brother. "What are you doing here?"
"Well, it has been a while and i wanted to know how you and dad live here, and I want to know how you two are doing of course." Alex said and hugged back. They walked in.
"Do you want a drink?" Emily asked.
"Yeah, coffee please." Alex said and then noticed Chester. "Hello, I'm Alex, Emily's brother."
"Hey, I'm Chester, I am.." Chester looked at Emily shortly, who gave him a slight nod. "I'm Emily's boyfriend." He said. Alex looked at Emily.
"So something happened on that date?" Alex said with a grin.
"Ehm, coffee.. Chester, do you want anything?" Emily asked, changing the subject
"Just water, thanks." Chester said. Emily got the drinks and they all sat on the couch.
"So how is Auckland?" Emily asked Alex.
"Not much changed, I finished school and started working three months ago but you already knew that."
"Yes, anything I don't know yet?"
"Not really, did I miss anything about you and dad?"
"Ehm..... not much." Emily said, not wanting to tell about their father's relationship with Mikael.
"Where'a dad actually?"
"Upstairs, I'll get him." Emily said and got up, walked to the stairs.
"So, you and Emily.." Alex said to Chester.
"Yeah, just a few weeks...."
"Okay...." Alex said and there was a little awkward silence.
"How did you know about us going out?" Chester asked.
"She told me when we skyped, she didn't know whether to keep it from our father or not. I told her to tell him, but I don't think she did."
"Right, it was a little awkward that night because when we were having dinner he was having dinner with his boss in the same restaurant and I think he saw us."
"That's the reason why I told her to tell him. The same thing happened to me, only a little more creepy."

Emily walked upstairs and her Andy talking in his room, he was mad.
"I told you no! I want you to leave me alone, we are done!" He said in his phone. Emily listened at the door.
"No, just shut up." "I'm not going out to dinner with you" "Just shut the fuck up, don't call me again. Bye!" Andy said and hung up. Emily knocked on the door.
"Come in." Andy said and Emily walked in.
"Wat that Mikael?"
"You were listening?"
"It was hard not to hear it."
"Right, sorry. What is it?"
"Ehm, there's someone for you downstairs."
"Who?"
"Just come down, I'm sure you'll like to see him."
Andy sighed. "Fine." He said and they walked downstairs. they walked into the living room and Andy smiled when seeing his son on the couch.
"Alex, what a pleasant surprise." Andy said and Alex looked up.
"Hey, dad, long time no see."
"Indeed, too long." Andy said and give his tall son a hug, Alex was about 7 inches taller than Andy.
"Why are the three of you taller, it's not fair. I am the parent, I should be the tallest. Around you guys I feel like a midget."
"You kind of are, dad." Alex said and they all chuckled, Andy had to hold back his smile.
"Normally I would punish you, but since we didn't see you for a long time I'll forgive you this one."
"Thanks."
"So, how are things back in New Zealand?" Andy asked and they talked for hours.
"How long are you staying?" Andy asked later that night
"About a week, maybe two if I enjoy myself."
"Okay, ehm.... shute, how will we do this then, Chester is staying in the guest room." 
"Is it a big bed?" Alex asked
"It's for two."
"Well, then Emily can stay with him and I sleep in her bed."
"Not going to happen."
"Dad, do you really think they are going to do anything? They are not stupid so they won't."
"But th-"
"We promise we will do nothing else than sleep." Emily said.
"Snuggle is the worst that will happen." Chester added but Andy was still unsure.
"I will wear a sweater and long pants if that will make you feel better." Emily said. Andy sighed.
"Fine, but as soon as I get the feeling something is going on in there you sleep with me, Emily."
"Nothing will happen, trust us." Emily said.
"Okay... fine, I will, do not play with me though." Andy said.
"We won't." Chester said.
"Good."
"We have to go to school tomorrow, so I guess we should go soon." Emily said.
"Yes, goodnight you two." Andy said when Emily and Chester stood up.
"Night." Emily and Chester said to him.
"Night" Alex said and Emily and Chester walked up the stairs.
