You know what is worse than hate, pain, anger, all the vile emotions of man?
Apathy.
For, if love is Heaven
and pain is Hell
apathy is Limbo
And I fear Heaven in a positive and healthy way
I fear Hell in a resentful and healthy way
But I fear Limbo most of all
I fear The Heavens for their majesty, unbeknownst to man
I fear Hell for the agony, unending
But I fear Limbo for the complete lack of anything
The complete and overwhelming nothingness
No feelings, no light, no anything
Just endless, unrelenting void.
