Josh's POV
I got up off the couch. I looked over at Maya who was still sleep. I picked her up bridal style and carried her to her room. I carefully laid her down on the bed. Before I could let go she grabbed on to me.
"Where are you going?"
She asked still with her eyes closed pulling me on top of her.
"I'm not gonna lie to you...I'm going to kick Ryan's ass."
She instantly let go of me and looked at me with confusion.
I was still on top of her.staring down at her confused expression.
"Wait what? Josh i told you nothing happened and ever is going to happen between him and me."
She said
"That's not why Im fighting him. He thinks he can text me and talk a bunch of shit about our relationship. Well he can't."
She pushed me off of her. An angry push I might add.
"Josh why can't you just let it go?"
"Because....Maya its you....it's you I'm fighting for....it's you....i love you...."
I said the last thing slowly and quietly hopping she didn't hear me.
