Josh's POV

I lay in my bed still mopping around. It's been at least 14 weeks since Maya and I broke up. My routine is going to the bathroom class eat and then sleep. Occasionally study for upcoming test and quizzes. Everyone tries to come see if I'm okay. I tell them I'm fine. But that's a lie. And somewhere they all know that I'm not fine and that I'm hurting. But they don't say anything they just nod and leave.

"Josh..." I look over towards the door to see Riley along with Lucas. This is there second time visiting me today. I'm pretty sure everyone takes turns coming in to check on me. I wonder if they do that with Maya to.

"Hey man. Get dressed do something with you're self. We're all going out." Lucas says patting my back softly. "No. go on without me. I'd rather stay here and slowly but surely cry myself to sleep." Riley looks at me not so much of shock on her face but more of surprise.

"Josh. Maya's gonna be there?" I instantly shoot up. "She is....does she know I'm going to be there?" I question thinking this some sick trick to get me outta my dorm room and out into the light. "Yes she knows. She says she's gonna have to face you sooner or later. It's better to do it now than later." I nod my head getting up from my bed. I grab some clothes.

"I'll be ready in like an hour or so." I say disappearing behind the bathroom door.

Maya's POV

I've been sitting on my bed debating what to do with my hair. If I should put it up in a ponytail, a messy bun or just wear it out. Today is the day I agreed to finally leave my dorm room. Only thing I ever leave my dorm room for is for class. But Riley's says that josh is going to be coming along with them. So I must look my absolute best.

Not only to make him regret his whole accident of cheating on me. But to also remind him what he's missing. I'm also going because I miss him. A lot. I shouldn't miss him but I do. And I've thought its best if I don't try not to miss him. 

The dorm room door opens in comes Riley and Lucas "Maya you ready?" Lucas says holding the door open so Riley can come in. "I don't know what to do with my hair." I say frowning over at her. It's been weeks since I've last done my hair. "Just wear it out. I love it when it's out and flowing in the wind like that." Riley says running her fingers through my hair. I smile a weak fake smile that she probably sees right through.

For weeks now everyone has been checking up on me. They take turns bringing me food. Having minor conversations with me. I get up off my bed and put on my shoes. "Perfect" Riley says clapping happily.
